Wendy's

We came late at night after a long drive and the gentleman at the window was so proficient and polite. It seemed like he was taking orders and directing the food. It was hot and fresh and fast. He deserves a raise for sure!

I'm extremely picky about my food. Especially in Sumter SC. I say this bc any restaurant that was good or great is half a$$ now. This Wendy's had excellent staff, excellent food, excellent all around. I dk if it was the specific shift today, but keep up the good work.

Idk who was cooking tonight at the Broad St. location… but that food was PERFECT! Best service I ever received from the Drive Thru to the pickup window, the service was amazing! The food tasted amazing & so did my drink! Wonderful!

Excellent burger, actually tasted like a burger. Fries were hot and love the orange frosty

Fast friendly service and good food. We had the loaded nacho chicken sandwich and the Parmesan chicken Caesars salad with a senior frosty. Salad was good, fresh and crisp lettuce and plenty of chicken and cheese. The loaded chicken sandwich was very good with just a little spicy to it. Looking forward to going back for a repeat or a variation of that.

I have to honestly say Wendy’s is usually very slow here in town. But on this day the drive-through line was moving pretty quickly we were able to order and get my daughters food all within about maybe 10 minutes with about seven cars ahead of us. Her food was hot and fresh and we have absolutely no complaints about this visit the staff was friendly and courteous and we couldn’t have asked for much more

The young guy that was working seemingly by himself with maybe one other person was super nice and quick with getting all of what we ordered right and hot and fresh I only gave four stars because they were out of a few things we wanted to order

The line was very slow, but that didn't matter once we reached the window to receive our food. We got all the food we ordered, however, they messed up our order and we ended up with more food than we paid for. Service was good too, and even though their food isn't the greatest, I got a two whole meals plus extra for 6 bucks.

Young lady was so very patient with the elderly person before me!! She deserved all 4 stars. Too many times you see young people show impatience and indifference. I was so very proud of this young cashier working last night 11.23.19 before closing time. Great Job young lady!!

I wouldn't come here in a hurry although they surprise me from time to time. I like to joke that its great but I don't have time to eat there because I only get a half hour to go pick up my food. (I can almost see it from work).otherwise it's always hot and fresh and delicious.

Wendy's is a favorite fast food restaurant. I love their burgers, salads, chili and baked potatoes.I also love that you can substitute one thing for another in their combo deals. This Wendy's is as good as the others Ive been to. I went through drive through and did not have any issues.

Don't really here much but it was great! Picked up a quick frosty and a burger. Be forewarned, they don't offer dill pickles on their burgers at Wendy's!!! 😭😱😰 It was an awful Surprise! But pop the pickle off and it was edible

I needed a large baked potato order and the staff came through. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted in making the event a success. Thanks!!

The best thing about Wendy's is on the drive-thru line they are very fast getting your order even if you changed something and I can take a while but not Wendy's you get your order within 5 minutes and I'm paying for it and they are the fastest fast food place when you want to get something to eat and pay for I gave it five stars

Friendly and great service.

Went late night and their were only three people on shift and their faces showed lots of fatigue. The orders were still correct and the staff was plenty friendly.

Fastest Service I have ever received at a Wendy’s and the young man that took my order was very pleasant.

Even though there was a lot of cars the lady at the cash register was very nice And food was definitely worth that hour wait.

Very impressed with the remodel, and they had excellent customer service! I used to not like coming to this location because they were very slow, but it seems to be better now.
