Ada Smile Place

Literally the BEST experience I have ever had at the dentist. Dr. Trey Edwards is so nice, professional, and makes you feel at home. They were SO detailed during the visit and addressed every single of one my concerns. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!! BEST dentist in Ada hands down!!

I have always dreaded going to the dentist because of past experience as a child, so therefore only went sporadically over the years. I knew the time had come to take better care of my teeth. My husband began coming last year and really liked it. I was very pleased with my first visit. Everyone was very friendly and understood my hesitancy and made me feel comfortable.

I am typically a very anxious person, especially when it comes to the dentist. I came in to do my new patient check-in, and everyone was so sweet. At all of my previous dentist offices, they made me cry or feel like I was silly for being so scared. I even had someone roll their eyes at me once for asking them to stop for a second.

This office is different from any I’ve been to. Everyone you meet is very sweet and patient, and they are slow to explain what you may need and they give you well educated recommendations.

Wow was the visit thorough!! The staff was very nice, professional and informative. I found out several things about my dental health that no other dentist has ever revealed. Two thumbs up for this dental office!!

Going to the dentist is not on my list of favorite things to do. It's necessary because if you ignore your teeth they will go away. So, I found myself at the Ada Smile Place as a new patient and the entire staff could not have been nicer. My anxiety was tempered by the excellent chairside manner of all involved. Dr. Burton is fantastic. She was thorough in her examination, answered my questions with language that helped me to understand everything she said, and, in keeping with the name of the office, had a nice smile throughout our time together. In fact, the Ada Smile Place is really a place where everyone working there smiles. A lot. And while going to the dentist may not be on my list of favorite things to do, it has made it to my list of things that I do not mind doing. And it's all because of how I was treated - with a smile.

The staff are all very friendly and very competent. They are welcoming and also prompt. I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment.

The entire experience was professional and detailed. I have never had such a thorough dental examination. They discovered problems I didn't know I had. We have made appointments to solve all the problems and I have confidence in Dr. Burton and the assistants that they will achieve the desired results.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They always explain everything in detail. Absolutely love Ada Smile Place! Highly recommended!!

Everyone was super nice and were very efficient. Dr Burton explained everything that I would need done and showed me on the X-rays. The assistant explained treatment options that Were available to me. The insurance lady was very sociable and gave me some advice on change my dental insurance at open enrollment to one that pays better. I would recommend Ada Smile place to everyone.

My teeth always feel clean when I leave. I rarely have to wait over my appointment time. I rarely get the same hygienist, not sure if they have a high turnover in workers. The last hygienist was friendly, but was a bit rough and in a hurry to be done with my cleaning.

Wow! I love this place! Dr.Burton and Ms. Madison treated me like they truly cared. I had their undivided attention during my appointments. Other places try to see as many patients as they can in a day but Ada Smile Place is not like that. They take their time with you to give you quality work and to make your visit wonderful. I will not go to another dentist after coming here! They absolutely know how to treat people!! Thank you Dr. Burton and Madison!

Getting a plan for my dental health has been a very rigorous journey, to say in the least. But I was reassured that as long as I stuck to the plan, we would get there.......Every part of this process has been so emotional for me which I never expected, but every thing I was promised has come to fruition.
I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I have received and truly feel like the staff cares about their patients.
When I started my treatment plan I hid my smile and was embarrassed of how my teeth looked, today I can proudly say that I am proud of my smile.
