Took my Mazda CX-5 for oil & filter change on a Monday late afternoon. Was greeted with friendly smiles as soon as I walked in and both personnel were ready to assist me. The service only took about an hour, alot faster than I expected. I waiting in the waiting room or service lounge which was clean and there was a televisión to watch. Definitely would go back to get the car serviced again. Thanks!

I've been here several times and although they are always super busy (which says a lot), they are always friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my car and I was in and out in less than an hour.

My wife and I are relatively new to Sumter and didn’t know who to trust with our cars. I took my car to another shop in town. After spending hundreds of dollars there, my car wouldn’t start to go to work and my check engine light came on. I took it back to them and they still couldn’t find the problem. Well, Palmetto Tire & Auto did find the problem. They came recommended to me by some co-workers, and I highly recommend them to anyone in town. Cissy and Philip were very professional and polite. How the prior technicians did not find this type of corrosion is beyond me. I’m hopeful this review will save someone the trouble I went through the past week.

Would 110% recommend. Took my car here for a second opinion on if I needed rear brakes and rotors replaced. It has been about 2 years since I replaced my brakes and rotors and the last place I got it done was here. They said the parts were still under warranty and just charged me labor. I walked in close to 5pm, with the hopes of them just looking at it for me but they got me taken care of, everything replaced and ready to go by 545pm. Very thankful and pleased with their service. Y’all are awesome.

The best place in Sumter to have any automobile work done. I had the transmission in my Trailblazer replaced there 2 years ago and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Then I went back yesterday for a tire rotation and the nice lady there said she'd rotate my tires at no charge! That blew me away. Even though it wasn't time for an oil change I told her to go ahead and change my oil. It's businesses like Palmetto Tire and Auto that make a customer want to do business with them!

Arrived shortly before closing for the holidays. They were quick to address my need and promptly took care of the problem. Extremely gracious in caring for the customer. Very professional, honest and courteous. I will definitely use their services again. Great Work!!!

My BMW broke down today and this gentleman walked a good distance to me to look at my car. It was a belt that broke and it had to be towed but he went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough! We need more people like you in this world.

This business is GREAT to work with. Recently we have had them fix a cpl major items in our 2004 Toyota Tacoma. We have insurance coverage since our truck is older and Mark and Crissie have been great to keep us updated. This is the only place we will take our truck-- very honest and upfront. KUDOS

First time customer but I will be back. Very impressed with their level of service. Needed front wheel hub bearings installed on my Equinox. I already had the parts. They said no problem, plus their shop rate was very fair and actually came in on the low end. They got the job done ahead of schedule - that same afternoon. Car sounds great. The shop actually called a day or so later to follow up and see how things were going. How's that for customer service? Dont let the "Tire" part make you think its just a tire shop, cause they do a lot more - brakes, front end work, and more.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs or tires. My exoerience with Mark and Mike was splendid for the superb performance that they provided. My 2007 Nissan Altima was cutting up on me. You all devoted your time and hard work on meeting our needs and getting us back on the road. Thank You!

Had four new tires put on, and can honestly say, this place is amazing. The staff are professional and ready to assist. I like that they are willing to work with the customer in getting what needs to be done, done. Highly recommend this business if you are in need of tires, or tire repair.

I use palmetto tire for my company and personal work vehicles and they have always done great work. There have even been times when something wasn’t done exactly the way I expected it, and they are always willing to go above and beyond for the customer and make things right. One of the most honest auto services I've ever been to! The staff is so friendly and kind, from the front desk to the mechanics. I went to Palmetto Tire because I heard a clunking noise coming from what I thought was the suspension. Turned out my rear bumper was just loose, and the mechanics recommended some body shops. I didn't spend a dime for the diagnosis, but I wanted to write this review. I have been ripped off before at other auto shops. For anyone who has shared the frustrating experience of dishonest and money hungry auto shops, I want to assure you that Palmetto is not one of those places!! Palmetto Tire is HONEST, and they are my new go-to place for all my tire and auto needs.

I have been using Palmetto Tire ever since I moved to Sumter SC in Oct of 2001. Phillip, the owner is an awesome guy. I always get reasonable deals on tires there and they give you Tire Rotation for life of the tires for free. Oil change prices are reasonable also! Mark can answer any question on any car!

Blew a tire at 4:30 pm.... you know, peak busiest time at car repair shops. Curt repaired it faster than I could get this review in. Great service. Will definitely use in the future just based off this first experience.

These guys are great! Took my car in today to get an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. They absolutely went above and beyond helping me with my brake issues. I highly recommend them.

Love the customer service by Sissy. Staff friendly, and great car care. They do more than work on Tires, I have had air conditioning and other work. They do good quality work. Would recommend.
