County Solicitor

The judicial system in our country today is not very popular and that is most certainly true with the Director of the Juvenile Arbitration System at the Sumter, SC Courthouse. I won’t mention his name, but he must be the most incompetent, condescending, belligerently unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. I spoke with that director today and asked a few questions that he refused to answer. In fact, he would not even let me finish a sentence. It took me yelling over him to shut him up, so I could finish my sentence. I told him we should set up a time to meet to discuss the issues face to face. He replied with a threatening tone, “well go ahead and come on down. I’m here all day”. Be warned, if you must deal with this individual he will not conduct his job with due diligence and according to terms that both the victim and perpetrator agreed to. He most certainly will not conduct himself in a professional manner. I have sent the clerk of the court an email requesting to file a formal complaint, but we’ll see how that goes….
