From the office staff (shoutout to Monica the site manager!) to the providers (Annalilly Wlliams), tandem health has gone above and beyond to hear me and my child regarding behavioral issues and mental health illness & care, and assist. This is a good place. If you aren’t being heard at your current providers office or you feel no one is helping with financing, come here. They care.

Very nice clean facility with many doctors. They offer obstetrics, pediatrics, and gynecology. We had very friendly service and short wait. The facility is federally funded and offers a sliding pay scale depending on your income if you qualify. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend and go back if needed.

Tandem Dental has a nice and clean facility. Their staff is kind and friendly and the dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. The sliding fee program that they offer is based on income and family size and can be very helpful if you qualify.

Tandem Health was a wonderful choice, when I became irritated with a large healthcare office, that seems to be on every corner of Sumter. I have had doctors stay with me for up to 45 minutes, and get me into the hospital when I needed a spinal tap and other issues. Reading the reviews, and being retired from healthcare, where I was a nurse, EMT, and lab tech, throughout the years, there are always some who find fault in the rigorous duties that healthcare demands. I love the care I have received and the doctors have even called me, at home, to check on my progress and condition. From the start, with Dr. Ashley , to Dr. Spencer, Tsang, and others, I am completely satisfied. With the Lafayette pharmacy location; there has always been someone that answers the phone and calls me, if they have to order a prescription. You can't please all the people, but as for this patient, I am well pleased.

Very nice place! This place was especially good for me because you can pay based on your income and it's very easy to apply for that through the website. Everyone that I met inside was very helpful and kind. It was also very clean inside.

I had an appointment at Tandem Health early yesterday morning with Dr. Etheridge. I was checked in and processed without delay, the tech who took my vitals was nothing short of professional. He was caring, and I could see that he loves his profession. As always, Dr. Etheridge professionalism is beyond reproach. Thank you Sir and your staff for your continued outstanding service.

All the providers I've seen here have been excellent over the years. My current provider is great and I feel like most of her staff have been really efficient as well. I've seen the dietitian (coseo) therapist (shaw) and two different primary providers (saunders and now bass).

Now called Tandem Health. Love this place. Staff and Doctors were friendly, knowledgeable and no long waiting period. Ver clean also.

Lots of really great programs to assist people in need. Very supportive of our Hispanic community. Rapidly growing health care system. I personally don't work for them but have many friends that do. Proud of the work they do there. Keep up the good work.

I’m reviewing Tandem Dental. I went for a new patient appointment yesterday and I was very pleased. First off, the office and exam rooms were very clean and neat. The front desk staff were very pleasant and polite. I didn’t have to wait long to be called back. The hygienist was very nice. She took xrays then I saw Dr. Shah, who also was very pleasant. She went over my treatment options throughly and I was then set up with another appointment. So, so far I’m very very pleased with Tandem Dental and would recommend it:)

When my husband and I found out we were pregnant again we were both TRULY terrified. Our last birth did not go as planned and we ended up having an emergency cesarean (Mount Pleasant, SC). I won't go into detail but that cesarean scarred me for life.

After researching, calling, and emailing almost every doctors office in Charleston SC where we live, not ONE facility was willing to perform a VBAC on me (keep in mind I am the perfect candidate for one). I started to really get discouraged about actually having the baby.
Then, I read about tandem health.
I decided we would drive an hour and 40 minutes each way just for me to get the option of the VBAC. The staff was amazing and always professional.

Today, 7/26 we gave birth to our baby girl at tuomey hospital. Again, it was not the easiest birth because my children have big heads and I have a fairly small pelvic bone by nature. Dr. Chandler, Nurses Stacey and Katina, midwife Gwen, anesthesiologist Lindsay, and the rest of that evenings labor and delivery staff encouraged me to fight to get my baby out even when I wanted to give up the most.

Dr. Chandler looked me in my eyes and saw the desperation of wanting to get the baby out but also saw me giving up. Never once did she give in and say okay it's time to try a cesarean and I am truly grateful for that. I will never forget how amazing this staff was to me and how they treated me like family when I needed it the most. I am forever indebted to them.

Great place to go especially if you are low income or have no income & no insurance in the Sumter SC area. They have a program since i dont qualify for Medicaid in SC where its a sliding scale fee. Depending on your income situation you can qualify for low cost health care for doctors, therapists & other medical care. You may have to wait a week or more to get appointments but the savings are worth non emergency issues. You have to sign up to see if you quality but if you have income issues or are dependent on you family or friends for help go sign up. Doctors are great & you can qualify for discounts at the pharmacy at the same location.

Service is always pleasant. They do screen for a high temperature with Lazer thermometer. Ask if you have any fever or flu like symptoms. As you enter.

I and my grandchildren, who are now young adults, have been clients for many years. Shout out to Dr. Patti who was the best peds doctor and to my care provider, Dr. R. Etheridge, for keeping me educated and healthy. Tandem, as they're now known, is constantly making improvements in the intake, processing, and care of their clients. The pharmacy continues to work through their issues and are also using best business practices to achieve excellence. Overall, I would recommend Tandem Healthcare because they will provide quality service to the whole family.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly...the doctors that I've seen listen to what I have to say...the wait time for your appointment is never very long.and they are taking all the safety measures during this COVID-19 to keep everyone safe and healthy

I was pleasantly surprised by the new building. It's clean, inviting, and the staff was super friendly. I had a great interaction with everyone I met there. I loved my experience

Dr .Ashley is amazing,caring,and concerned doctor if she thinks something is wrong she will definitely find out I love all the pedictrian doctors. I will not recommend the adult side but the pediatric side is excellent.

Had a great visit with Dr. Mizelle. She was very attentive and did a thorough exam. Would definitely recommend.
