The most excellent experience today! The Big Mac was made perfectly: not sloppy, just the right amount of sauce, and the right temperature to my enjoyment. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant enough to eat-in and enjoy my meal. The food preparers, managers and staff deserve big kudos for making my visit a delicious experience. Keep up the great work!

Another great day at McDonald’s! Had another Big Mac and fries. Food was excellent and service was fantastic! They just don’t serve food, they serve their customers with courtesy and all they can to make them feel special. Dining-in is a pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next visit! 👍🏾

This location was quite possibly the most polite and cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm happy to have visited.

Here in Sumter the mc Donald's is not bad but in orangeburg they our slow as hell because the employees there all they think 🤔 about is just being on there phones 🤳 and they only pay attention to there drive threw and they also let bums chill there to be asking for money 🤑 for stuff so be careful there.

Friendly staff. Special needs persons employed there. Kudos to that. Nice big separate playground dining area

They always puts chz on my baby Quarter pounder with chz because they (MCDONALDS ) Refuse to put just a quarterpounder ( I believe that I still gets charged for chz everytime too...Ima look into it😉...All in All they treat my family Great.....Luv u guys ❤💕🎈🎈🎈💖💖🌞🌞

I asked for my cheeseburgers to have only ketchup and bacon but they didn't have cheese, I'm not sure if the person that made them got confused thinking only ketchup means no cheese either, but then I'd just ask for a hamburger with only ketchup and bacon, right? Anywho, the issue was resolved, I was happy with my order and the fries (which are always the star of the show) were soooo good, so 5 stars is applicable for this experience.

Stopped in for breakfast off my normal routine. Meal was fresh and made to order tasted like. Staff was very friendly. Haven’t had a McGriddle is so long but just as good as I remembered.

First time eating here and food was fresh. They had a long line in drive thru but they were moving fairly fast, didn't have much of a wait inside either. They did a great job of serving fresh food. Will come back to this location.

Customer service is always good

My main McDonald's because it's close, I rarely have any problems with service or wait times. It does get super busy around lunch and dinner time like every place around here. Using the app makes things easier too

I wish I could give a review for breakfast separate from the rest of the day. The breakfast crew is fast and super friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. If you visit later in the day, it's hit or miss. Kudos to this McDonald's for opening their indoor playground.

One of the few Playlands left. The kids love it and it's great on hot SC days to feed the kids and let them burn off a little energy. Thank you.

Changed my review to 5 star. My order & coffee request were specific and they did an excellent job & were very friendly! Also, side note-they don’t have roaches, seems like a given for a restaurant but trust me it isn’t.

Love this place with a passion I love the service, the food, and the environment.. My favorite tobacco place is right across from it so naturally I eat their after getting my quick fix words can’t express what this place means to me keep on keeping on

The drive thru is always packed but I just pull into a mobile order parking spot, order my food, and they bring it out within 5 minutes! Excellent! They have a dedicated employee who carries out orders!
