These guys are awesome. Jackson worked with me personally and he understood all the assignments. Quick and easy process to rent audio equipment and they were great in handling setup and working with our DJ. Amazing customer service and Hollie was awesome too making sure to get answers for all my questions. They was super flexible as well, as we had a last minute location change. 5 stats for me.

First time here. Loved this small guitar place and their guitar displays. We received assistance quickly. The sales associate, or maybe he was the owner of this little store, he was very nice, patient, & professional. The strings he recommended or the brand he sold us ended up being very good, softer on the fingers vs. the previous ones our little old guitar had. We are pleased with the service & product we received; Thank you!

Got to Meet Jerry and he's a wealth of knowledge. Everyone I met was very kind. They have guitars for every budget and rentals if you're needing something you don't have like a PA system. Plus he's worked with some of the biggest productions in the area.

Gave them a guitar to set up to make it play easier. Now my guitar practically plays itself. Great business and great customer service.

I wasn't too sure about the year or value, but they have a crew that can explain the history and untangle the mystery. Thanks a bunch to Clint and his team. I am very happy and recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to hassle with posting ads, negotiating price, and meeting buyers.

Awesome local music store! Very clean and organized as well. Before you buy online call these guys -- most of the time they will work with you to match the internet price or beat it. They also have great rentals and used gear, and are very supportive of local musicians. I have purchased several items here -- super friendly service and highly recommended!

I just visited the store for the first time! Looks awesome! The practice stage is perfect for people wanting to try out new gear or learn how to setup equipment. I worked on a live production gig with Jon and Seth about a year ago. They are both extremely professional and very knowledgeable/talented! I hope to do more with them in the near future!

Great store with knowledgeable employees. Got a guitar case for Christmas from my son, who purchased it here. They measured everything carefully to make sure my guitar would fit and we're v helpful. I take guitar lessons here. I have the best teacher and really feel blessed to be learning so much in such a short time. I think they also offer keyboard lessons too. I trust these people to steer me right. That's rare these days!

I am beyond impressed with the facility and experience at Texas Tour Gear. Very fair pricing and a plethora of knowledge. I am happy that we have such a cool shop close to home. Really reminds me of the "mom and pop" shops from when I was kid.

I went here to get some acoustic guitar strings. I picked up the guitar again after about 5 years, and had a few questions about changing the stings out since it’s been so long since I had changed a set. One of the employees was crazy awesome and answered any question I threw at him. He took his time with me and didn’t seem annoyed that I was asking questions. Before I knew it, my guitar is out on the table and he is showing me all kinds of things and telling me things about my own guitar that I didn’t even know. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a music retail shop. Will definitely be coming here for all of my music needs.

I brought my acoustic guitar in to have some minor repairs made. Clint did a great job of fixing my problems and had my guitar ready to pick up the same day! Price was very reasonable. Great experience, would definitely recommend them to any of my friends!

Staff is very personable and knowledgeable! It's one thing to sell things, but it's so much better to buy from knowledgeable people. If I could change two things, they would be to stock more fiddle accessories (music books, etc...) and to respond to customers quicker. There have been times when I've gone in and not get noticed/acknowledged for several minutes. While I'd like to see these items addressed, the good in this store greatly outweighs the bad (my 2 recommendations). The guys are very knowledgeable and honest. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will go find out the answer for you. I've visited several times over the past couple of years, and I'll keep coming back!

Great place to grab gear and some knowledge since they are all musicians. Clint Walker is a great Lutheran not a repair tech and his guitars are amazing he builds. New line of Vintage guitars are a great value!

I just had my jackson 6 string set up there. I cant put into words how impressed i am with the quality of the work that was done to my guitar. Lowest action ive ever seen. No buzz. Intonation beyond perfect. Thank yall so much Ill be in soon to drop my 7 string of with yall soon! I could really tell that these guy really care about what they do. It shows with every note that comes put of my guitar. Utterly amazing!

Seth from Texas Tour Gear did backline & ran sound for us at an event at UMHB. Humble, kind, helpful guy (he even let me bug him with tons of drum mic questions!). Really knowledgeable & fun to work with.....& we had a bunch of people say that the sound was awesome!

I-iiiiiii BOUGHT IT.!!! I love this Schecter C-1+. Am looking forward to getting a Fender HERE. Nice selection of some beautiful guitars. They are an Authorized FENDER dealer so right place to order one if need be. COOL shop!

Great customer service highly recommend. Custom builder on sight makes awesome guitars. Definitely worth checking out.
