I love this BAM it might be a small store but they have never failed me for having what I need on hand! And the staff is so knowledgeable! I wish I could remember her name but she has shoulder length grey hair. She is amazing if you pick up a book she knows what number it is in the series or she has recommendations for others like it. And the staff is the right amount of friendly and helpful and lets you look around yourself. Good vibes

Found some good books at GREAT reduced prices for my 3-plane, 22-1/2 hr flight to Sydney, Australia, 16 night cruise to Hawaii, and then return flights home!👏😱😂👍

Staff is friendly and mostly engaging. It's a book store so a few of them are socially awkward so you either get the "Hi, can I help you find anything? No, okay let me know if you need anything." Or "Hi, can I help you find anything? No, okay." And then every time you come around a corner which there is a lot of, they're just there...with a creepy Stepford Wives smile on their face before they slink around the next corner...waiting like a spider for you to stumble upon them again.

Nice store, well organized and clean. I couldn't find where the light novels were because they just got done renovating. Can't hold that against them.

I love this place! Books here can be a bit pricey compared to other places, but the workers are so amazing and informative, even if they don't know they will look things up and locate EXACTLY what you want. I easily spend $100 a month here. Thank you guys for making me want to read more. AMAZING!!

I love Books•A•Million! They always have what I'm looking for, if not in the store then online and then I just order whatever I need/want and they will ship it to you or to the store for you to pick up. Shipping time is also very quick! Recently, I ordered one very large limited edition book and about 2 weeks later I ordered 8 books and 2 journals. I had all of them shipped straight to me and thanks to my member card(Millionaire membership) the shipping was FREE, not to mention the amazing deal they were running that saved me alot of money! Both times I received my order within a week. I highly recommend Books•A•Million, whether in-store or online, to everyone, because they do truly have something for everyone,

Books-A-Million is a great bookstore. It is the only real bookstore in Sumter and is located in Sumter Mall. They have a wide variety of books and even have some toys and other things. The prices are very reasonable. If they do not have the book you are looking for then the staff will happily order it for you. I appreciate how helpful the staff always is and how well organized and clean the store is. I would recommend Books-A-Million to anyone searching for a good bookstore.

I cannot express how grateful I was for the helpful and friendly lady who helped me today. I would have had to walk all over that store blindly searching. She asked what I needed, and took me right to it, and then offered three different options for the same book. That right there was some great customer service.

This is the best place for the best selection of books... I usually stop there to find books to send to my grandchildren because they have such unique gift ideas that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. Unless you know exactly what book you want, I think it's very difficult to order them online.

Staff here is always helpful and cordial, for such a small store they have surprisingly a good amount of items and if they don't have it they will order for you and have it sent to the store or your house. Just great all around.

They always have great sales that draw me in. I start looking for one book and leave with 6. Customer service is great. They have always been attentive and helpful.
