Moe's Southwest Grill

It’s all about consistency here at Sumter moes ! Which keeps me coming back again and again. The store is always clean, service is always quick & the manager is always running the cash register & taking pride in helping out around the business. To include keeping up with the parking lot & cleaning behind the indoor trash bins. Food is consistent in temperature as well as quality! Love this moes and great job to these employees!!

This is the first time I’ve eaten here and it surpassed my expectations! Absolutely delicious and great customer service. I got the Birria Bowl (the meat and rice are under all those fresh delicious toppings 😂👍) and my mom got the Homewrecker Nachos.

It’s basically a way better version of chipotle. You get more for the price, workers were friendly, and place was colorful!

My family loves Moe's. We go at least once a week. Once in a while twice a week. They have a great sale on Sundays.

I don't know what's been going on with the bowls lately but this Moe's never disappoints. Second pic I added my own chicken but definitely a must eat every week!

Yumm, tried to get a picture of the nachos I split with my daughter, but we were apparently hungry. Just so you know guacamole is extra, but they have a wonderful avocado salsa on the bar right now for free. It's so good!

It was so nice to overhear Sean go the extra mile with this older lady. I'm guessing 1st timer to Moe's and Sean made me feel extra comfortable by making that lady feel like she can ask questions and take an extra second when it's the rush. I thank you for that. Sean you've earned a atta boy. 👏

Lucia was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in there! She made a positive experience as soon as she spoke to me! Very kind and professional, the food is always amazing! Lucia, if you see this.. you rock! Keep it up!

Workers are always in a light hearted mood. Makes for a awesome environment. Good feeling music foods always great. Staff is awesome.

I love being welcomed by the staff when you first walk it. Aromas feel the air with varieties of food. It smells good, and your nose doesn't trick you. The food tastes just as good. You would think that it would be a one time thing. Wrong. I went back and the food tasted just as good, if not better. Great place to go for lunch and dinner.

It's better than a Chipotle and more fun than a Subway. The names are weird and don't really tell you what's in the item you're picking but the staff are helpful and explain anything you might not know. The rice, beans, meat, and all the other toppings were fresh and tasty. The chips are crunchy without having too much salt on them. The building was clean and close to the other shops.

Great customer service. I ordered with uber eats, driver never picked up my order so two hours later I came by to pick it up myself and they volunteered to remake the order for me! Outstanding.

This place absolutely blows Chipotle out of the water. Don't waste your money on that chain come here to Moe's and get a real burrito.

after eating there yesterday they still have an excellent low Mondays just different specials and different places in the south no Monday was a burrito for 5.99 and you always get free chips and salsa so excellent deal :-)

This moes is almost always packed around lunch time and for a good reason as well. Everything tastes and looks fresh, the staff is friendly, and everything has always been clean and tidy. I suggest going an hour or 2 before lunch or an hour after to get away from the giant lunch crowd.

This Moes is my go to. We go often and I have never been disappointed with this one in Sumter. It’s always clean and the food is always fresh, so good on you all. The Moes over in Florence SC needs to learn from you guys, cause that one over there is a real disaster!

Lucia is wonderful, she has the best customer service ever!

If you compare the two chains this one is by far better. Better for you, with much higher quality
and cheaper, much better for your wallet and financial health.

Lucia was amazing. It was super busy with mobile order and dine orders and she kept great customer service and a beautiful smile through out.
