The staff at Evergreen always go above and beyond at such a hard time. They also show how much they care about our loved ones who are placed into their care. I highly recommend them! The marker that was specifically designed for my parents was above and beyond what I ever could have imagined.

Theresa made a trying time much easier. Taking care of mommy in the moment and purchasing 8 ajoining plots so that we are prepared in the future. Mommy will be surrounded by her love ones. Being 500 miles we had to lean on Theresa for the markers placement and pictures until we could come back. The family and I are extremely happy!

Words cannot express my gratitude to Michael. He was able to provide me and my family with the support and advice we needed when we needed it. No matter when I called he always made himself and his expertise available to me. You really are a blessing and in the right business of taking care of people. Thanks again

Both of my grandparents are buried here and the cemetary staff was very well organized and courteous.

So far, my experience has been good during a trying time. Teresa was knowledgeable and understood the grief we faced.
Yes, I think roads could be improved, things that are broken could be fixed, mildew and mold could be cleaned, sprinklers could be added, cameras, and park benches throughout. There is a lot that could be done.
I also think we should be kind to one another and make our desires known in caring ways.

The arrangements were handled well but that is all that went well. The promise of a plaque in 120 days was not honored. It is now 186 days since the funeral and still no plaque. Numerous calls have been made to the on site managers and promises of a call back were also not honored. This is not acceptable, and unprofessional. No pro active measures have been taken by the managers and our family is very tired of visiting the cremation tower and staring at a blank area. Evergreen Memorial Park gladly accepted the full payment but totally failed on their promise. Hilda Stevens

It’s been over a year and yet we were so excited that my parents joining marble slab and bronze name plaques and vase were finally placed. So my sister and I went and bought some beautiful flowers could not wait to place them between her mother and father and then we saw it a light gray marble slab and only one bronze name plaque. Also we had a picture of my mom and dad cameo placed on the marble slab and it was framed with a silver frame instead of the beautiful bronze one my sister had picked my sister is extremely color coordinated and picked a very beautiful Marble slab bronze name plaques flower vase and cameoYet here we are with a light gray marble slab a silver cameo in one bronze name plaque for my mother and a bronze vase. I hope someone gets this corrected and very fast I don’t even have to mention the cost involved .
It’s like ordering and paying for a diamond and getting a bubblegum machine ring? Someone needs to make sure that this kind of stuff doesn’t happen again I am so very disappointed and so is the rest of my family this is such a letdown.!

They are just a scam they charge extra for everthing.
Charged 300$ for having service at a later time of the day. When we got there the tractor was there with the lid of the valt we had to wait till they got off the grounds. Then they come back to cover the grave and the 3 young guys were lowering the feet of casket, after talking with the lady at the cemetery that part was broken. So I go back out there Monday and Tuesday her flowers were still laid to the side from under the tent, because her crew is tired. This is a sorry sorry place of business and they need new owners. And if your headstone is late coming in its because the place will not release it cause their bills are not paid. Be very careful of these people its all family and they are making bamk off of us.

It has been almost a year since my father was buried. Today is Father’s Day so we visited and it looks like the day he was buried a year ago. Terrible. Dirt not filled in and no plaque. We are disappointed and disgusted.

Since the new owners this resting place looks like a weed infested woods. You can most definitely tell the difference in how the last owner keep the grass, weeds and under control.

Six months since Dad died and no grave headstone! I went in at 3 months and asked when it would be there and they said "oh, are you ready to order that?" REALLY? Just sad, sad customer service.
