Blayde makes this the best parts store in Menomonie. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable but I know I'm being helped by the best when I see him in the store.

This review is because of Zach at O'Reilly's. I was having car difficulties and he went above and beyond to help me get the part I needed. He was super understanding and compassionate about my situation and my limited car knowledge. I really appreciated his help and wanted to share my positive experience because of it.

The people who work here are wonderful! They color matched my Honda’s paint so I could spray paint the new bumper and quarter panel so it looked new again! Wonderful customer service and while I waited for the paint they helped several other customers and they definitely knew what they where talking about. Well worth the drive from New Richmond to get the exact color match to make my Honda look new again! Thank you for the wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely be back!!

Always have very polite staff. The times I have had to make a trip into the store they have been very helpful to get me what's needed and quickly. Always able to help answer any questions no matter how small they may seem. Will happily continue to use their services when needed!

I'm writing this review regarding Jeremy Dahl and Brad Miller! I have been having issues with me heat in my car for almost two years now and Jeremy was telling me q story about how his truck had a similar problem years ago and brought up how some vehicles have a Cabin Air filter! At first I thought he was joking when Brad showed me Video that it actually was a real thing and where it was located on my vehicle, well low and behold that was the exact problem with my car the filter was so plugged!! I was amazed!! Thank you guys for being awesome and pointing this out too me I now have heat in my car and it's better than it's ever been!!

The guys at the counter Saturday night were helpful and polite. Both employees made me feel welcome. New to town but will be shopping here from now on.

My car broke down in Menominee on my way back to the Kenosha area from Minneapolis and I needed a new alternator ... Noah and Kevin at O’Reilly’s were super awesome and very friendly! I was on my way through wisconsin on a stormy/rainy day when all of the sudden my windshield wiper broke right off my car. I was going down the highway during a storm so I desperately needed a new blade. I stopped at the nearest auto parts store and asked for help, I didn’t know how to replace a windshield wiper. I was helped by a great employee, Jeremy, who not only showed me how it install new blades onto my car, but also gave me the blade for free! This is the service that makes me choose O’Reilly’s over anyone else. And with Jeremy’s help I was back on the swiftly back on the road again.

Good reliable local branch of an Auto Parts chain. I've always been happy with their service and products. They also do machine shop work (break drums and rotors, etc.)

They did s great job helping me find all the parts I needed in one trip saving me time n money. Thanks O'Riley staff.

They always have what I need or can get it. They always take care of my car checking needs.

Knowledgeable Staff, Easy to talk to. Clean Establishment plenty of things to look at.

Went to advanced they had 3 guys, 2 doing nothing so after waiting for 5 mins at the desk I went to o'reilly where James helped me find a relay for my motorcycle.. He came outside and helped me, i really had no idea what i was doing, anyway without him I wouldn't have passed inspection.

Amazing customer service provided, really felt like employees cared about me and my babies riding in a safe vehicle!

I go here for anything I need for my car. Always helpful people when I go and ive never been disappointed
