I have purchased Trek bicycles from Wheel and Sprocket since the early 90s. I need a new bicycle, and called the Trek Corp in Wisconsin for information on the latest models. I was fortunate to speak to Sam who gave me information on the latest models.
He was wonderful. He took the time to answer my questions, and made me feel I was in his office speaking to him.
Trek is a company that is true to its roots. Trek has quality bicycles and superb customer service. Thank you Sam.

Came here with my dad for a tour and Rodney Jenkins gave us the tour. He was awesome and their cafe is amazing. Extremely clean area, inside and out. Super nice people also. Go visit and buy a trek slash. You need one.

We stopped at Trek on our way to Milwaukee. Dakota gave us a great tour, showing off Trek’s beautiful facilities and the companies history. Highly recommend stopping!

A lifelong Trek owner/rider. Born and grew up in Wisconsin. Bicycles were my life early on and I didn’t even know it. My first bike was a Roadmaster. I lived on my bike. My friends were playing baseball when was riding everywhere. In the 70s I purchased a bike from a new company called TREK. I was suspicious of this new company. It was a chrome molly lugged frame. It was “Silver soldered”, cool for bragging rights. Painted with the special Emron paint another cool perk. Fast forward past an early bonded aluminum framed road bike, the mountain bike trend, seeing Gary Fisher’s cubical on a tour of the Waterloo plant, and many of my high mileage TREKS sold or traded.
Now retired in Florida I am on my third TREK 920. At 68, I finally can ride 12 months a year. 70-100 miles a week as my legs show the effects of the Florida sun. No more spinning in the Wisconsin basement over the winter. TREK has always warrantied my bikes with a smile. The Wisconsin based company has treated me with Midwest respect that goes with the culture.
My three 920s are close to my heart. Not once has the 920 left me stranded. Flats... well I come accustomed to changing tubes in the ditches while keeping an eye out for the alligators. 18500 (as of May 2022) city and rural miles on my three 920s. Hit by a car, a tree, and some stupid crashes, the 920 is a 24 lb. tank. This bike has the geometry like no other. A set of tour tires and it’s the most versatile bike ever. Thanks for reading.

In my eyes, what separates a company is how they stand behind you when things don't go right. I had an issue with a local bike store in Palm Coast Florida who screwed me over three ways from Sunday. I reached out to Trek's CEO who impressively provides his email address on literature with every bicycle that they sell and to my surprise, he replied to me and connected me with Brian. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and assured me that the local shop would screwed me will be dealt with. Everybody out there pretty much sells similar products these days - customer service is the only thing left that really sets you apart. 👍

Took the factory tour today--really impressive. It's apparent the company's success comes not only from building a quality product, but it's philosophy of treating it's employees well. Our guide, Rodney, did an outstanding job of leading our tour. He's a great representative for Trek (destined for a place on the President's Award wall!)

I have had an amazing experience so far with Trek bikes. I grew up riding cheap walmart bikes because thats all my parents could buy me. A few years ago while going through the neighborhood i saw two Trek police bikes on the side of the road that someone was throwing away. I took the better looking one, which still had flats both front and rear and needed to be cleaned. I knew the bike was still a good bike even though it was old. I had heard and seen Trek bikes before. I cleaned it up and started riding it around. The difference in quality between that bike and a box store bike was instantly noticed. I loved it so much that I convinced my wife to get rid of her cheap schwin and i got her a Marlin 5 at the time. Me and her owning those Trek bikes really opened up our entire world to riding bicycles. We have rode countless miles, with our kids in the seat on the back and pulling a kids trailer, trails in multiple states and my favorite Cades Cove in Pigeon Forge, TN. I can’t thank Trek enough for building such quality bikes. I have had really zero issues between either of those bikes, and my wife is pretty hard on hers to she likes shifting going up hill under load for some reason lol. I have loved my old bike so much that i recently went and got the Dual Sport 2 electric staggered and a pre Caliber for my 4 year old. I have put 18 miles on the dual sport so far and it is an amazing bike. It keeps me smiling from ear to ear the whole time im riding it. The quality of the bike is just outstanding. My whole family now is in to riding bikes and picking out trails, always taking the bikes with us on trips just in case we see something cool to ride. Trek has been more to us than just a bike, its given us so many memories and almost no problems at all. I couldn’t say thank you enough for the positive impact they have made in our lives as a family and our biking.

This review is for Richard (MTB) in customer support. Richard is not only an awesome rep for Trek but an awesome dude as well!

As a returning rider, I was very concerned that I had purchased the wrong size bike from the website and Richard talked through my concerns, my experience with the bike so far and shared his experience as well. He also assured me that if I really did need to change sizes Trek would take care of me.

I felt much better about my choice after chatting with Richard, and would definitely recommend him to fellow riders for questions about their bikes or any customer service need.

Thanks again to Richard for being so generous with your knowledge and time!

It's not often I'm visiting Wisconsin, but I took a drive out to see the building where my favorite mountain bikes are made. Unfortunately, they were not doing tours. Even if they were, they only do them on Wednesday...

I can’t say enough about the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Trek.

My issue was a VERY old Trek bike lock…like almost 20 years old…that I had lost the key to. I called Trek customer service and got an amazing woman named Tiffany Duffield. She very patiently listened to my question…” is it possibly to buy a replacement key?”

I had NO serial number, no model number…I wasn’t expecting to get a master key…not sure what I was hoping for when I called…

Tiffany offered to replace the useless lock with a brand new Bontrager Elite keyed lock…at NO CHARGE! I was stunned…never expected that! I thanked her and said now we can ride our bikes and lock them safely…as I had told her I still had one old Trek lock with a key but now that I had two we could safely ride.

Tiffany, on her own, offered to send me a SECOND new lock, again at no charge, so that we’d have matching locks!

THANK YOU Tiffany and Trek!!!

My only experience was calling them for a touch up paint marker for an older bike I was restoring. Although they didn’t have the exact color, the guy I spoke with was kind enough to give me the color code and gave some suggestions on how I can get this paint. Very helpful

Have 2 treks, a madone slr7 and roscoe 8. Just went through the warranty process for a drive train failure and the company is replacing the frame with the newest gen frame and upgraded paint plus the failed chainring(chain ring put a hole in the carbon). Glad to see the company has good values and forward thinking products.

My family and I participated in the Trek 100 on June 9th and we really enjoyed ourselves. There were many employees from the company who readily offered to help us or guide us. After the race we talked with one of the inside sales reps and he was very kind, also. It was well organized from beginning to end. We will definitely make this an annual family event. Thank you!

Bought a Hybrid 7.2 in 2015. Awesome bike and super light. Shifters work smoothly and flawlessly. Currently getting my 2nd Trek bike, this time a road bike. Keep up the good work Trek! Looking forward on getting a mountain bike in the future too.
