These people seriously never answer the phone. How hard is it to hire a receptionist that works?! Over a month trying to have my medical records sent to my new doctor and NOTHING

The receptionist woman, straight when you walk in, on the left when you check in, was horrible, condescending and disrespectful. I'm surprised you have her checking in these poor sick people with the attitude she has. Very disappointing. Hire more caring staff in the front because your nurses and doctors are great.

Expect payment on service in which haven’t received a bill for. Don't try to work out a payment arrangement. This is the second time I've encountered this. Also, train your receptionist to make sure the patient that they're talking about doesn't hear them.

Awful experience I felt that all they wanted was to make money off me coming back-and-forth to the doctors. I sit for four hours saw the doctor for 10 minutes and ended up paying $185 dollars for that doctor visit and it was just to get a prescription reafield. I refuse to continue to just give money for bad service I'm finding another doctor.
