Great place to go for Urgent Care! Very clean facility and friendly staff. We were called back within 5min of sitting down. The pediatrician we seen was very knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic. Great experience from start to finish! Thank you!!

Prevea is a great place for quick medical service. Their urgent care online check in is a great feature. I would rather check in ahead and wait at home, especially with little kids, and it’s nice to know ahead of time how long the expected wait time is. I’ve seen several providers at the location and they are all friendly and knowledgeable. My care is always explained to me so I know exactly what’s going on and I feel they do a good job of listening to my concerns before making a diagnosis. I would definitely recommend Prevea for urgent care so you can skip the long wait time and be seen when you arrive.

I went into the Urgent Care on a Sunday afternoon and I was in and out within 30 minutes. they were very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing, the wait time was very minimal. I would recommend going to Prevea health Menominee Health Center to anybody that wants to receive fast yet accurate care.

Got in and out for an urgent care visit super fast, on a holiday weekend no less! Wait time was less than 2 minutes. We have needed to go to Prevea Urgent Care a few different times; every time, we have been seen and out the door in 45 minutes or less. A vast improvement to the typical wait time we have experienced at the "other" local Emergency Dept in Menomonie.

Great experience with Prevea; only had 1 1/2 week wait for an appointment. Listened to, and given alternative med suggestions in lieu of more prescription drugs.

I went to prevea urgent care in Menomonie Wisconsin to be seen for a reoccurring sinus infection. I was treated with care and kindness the entire time I was there. It was a great experience.
