Unfortunately because of a staff shortage they had to close the lobby . I had a kids party planned and had confirmed it was ok a few days before. The shift manager was so wonderful, she opened the kids area for my 10 year olds party and made sure the party was a success. Even with 10 kids happy meals and adult orders Everyone on the staff was polite and helpful even though they were slammed with after church rush. Kudos to the team!!

We've been going to this same McDonald's since it opened nearly 30 years ago. Have hardly ever been disappointed in the food and service. ALWAYS the Best Coffee in Town.

Under new management. Lobby, seating area and bathrooms are very clean. Food orders were correct and hot.

Ordered a basket of fries to share with my husband along with some other things. A basket of fries is the way to go if you are going to share. It's just a few pennies more.

I literally love this place, it's some of the best burgers and chicken sandwiches around lol. For real though they no wat there doing here....

This Particular McDonald's is our most favorite one of them all! The staff, without fail,is incredibly fast and friendly. Each and every time we go there, we are amazed 👏. We've been going to this one once or twice a month, both in the drive thru and inside, together or alone. It never fails that we have an awesome experience! Of course we've been to other ones closer to our home, but they don't compare to this one!!

I have visited this place multiple times over the past few weeks due to my son playing in a baseball tournament. The staff here is great. They are very friendly and the food has always been hot and fresh. They have traded happy meal toys with him. My son loves this place and they also have an indoor playground that is great.

Such a sweet girl named Jayden she and Dani I believe was there names they both were very professional and kind they bothdo there job very well and on task. Thank you to both employees keep up the good work wish more were like you 2.

The food is ridiculously overpriced, the supervisor is MIA, the assistant manager can’t even get over time, and the staff is severely lacking in care for customer service; understaffed.

Number one in cleanliness of Mark Smith’s stores, but that isn’t saying much when the other stores have failed inspections.

There is a lack of communication between the store and its third party services.

The customers lack problem solving skills, and the trainees run up the labor despite them being trainees. The customers will also unnecessarily hold-up the line in Drive Thru via trying to vent rather than resolving a situation.

Employees almost never get fired due to lack of staff, and so passive and mediocre conditioning is allowed and possibly even condoned; not adhering to ‘everyone’s a leader and role model.’

Night shift (10:30) is friendly and helpful. Place is very neat and clean. Food is prompt and good.

Good place to stop by if you are traveling.

My teenage daughter is very picky, as is her best friend. These guys make their orders perfectly. It's a relief to me, for sure! Wonderful and timely service!

I know this fast food place is struggling rite now keeping up with the quality of service due to the lack of employees BUT....they have the heart an ambition to succeed!!! They are the hardest working group of people I've encountered in a fast food restaurant...EVER!!!

Just went to the drive thru and got a quick bite.

I give them 5 star for fast , friendly and Accurate service. That's rare with a a fast food place especially in the afternoon. WAY TO GO MADISONVILLE!!!!!!! I'll drive out of my way way for this!

Love the food and they have gotten so much better at not forgetting to put all my order in my bags

While not the best place to eat for the amount money you would spend at mcdonalds now a days, its fast and the employees are competent. I drive from loudon to this location because they have never gotten my order wrong in over 3 years.
That being accuate after ordering is probably the most important quality of any fast food chain anf these guys get it right. I give it 5 stars because the employees. Good job guys.

Great coffee clean brewers. Make this my morning stop super fresh egg mcmuffins. If u get there and drive thru is packed. Get in line. Youll be through in no time at all. Dont forget to donate to Ronald

Ordered 25 sausage biscuits with out calling ahead. They were still courteous and quick. didn't wait more than 10 minutes.

Very nice even gave my 🐕 a treat food was fresh nice staff 👍
