We have never had a better experience with buying a car or truck. They went out of their way to work with us. Since my wife's truck had been T-Boned and we were waiting on the insurance check we had to work out the details and they helped us get everything together to get the rest of the financial stuff done back in Georgia. We drove an hour to get to them and would recommend them in a heartbeat to my family or best friend!

I was Looking for a 2016 F150 King Ranch. they had a great one with only 1600 miles but I am in Texas and they are in Tennessee. So I called and talked to Robert, he was very informed we made the deal he walked me though the transaction arranged for a delivery transport to my front door. Great buying experience. I asked Scott Cass to find me either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Tacoma. The Honda got there first. I drove it and bought it for better than a fair price. It was the first time I had traded cars in over 10 years and I could not be more pleased. If they don't have what you want on the lot, they will do their best to find it for you.

Even though Scott and I are family, I still have the option to purchase a vehicle anywhere I want to. I choose East Tennessee Auto Outlet because he's honest, upright, and cares about everybody who buys a car from him. I don't know if he meets everyone that buys a car from all three location locations, but I bet they have the same extended courtesy because his staff represents those same morals. My wife and I just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Eco Diesel. The customer service is top of the line. This is the 5th personal vehicle I have bought from East Tennessee Auto Outlet in the last 10 years. I have read some of the other reviews and find most are 5 stars. I read Tim Haney review and it said "very arrogant attitude and doesn't care about old people." He also said the owners kids were Rude and entitled. I find this hard to believe. Scott and Amy has raised some of the finest young men in McMinn co. There both very respectful to all people, no matter of sex, race or age. Mr Haney the truth of the matter is you rented a car and signed a contract that you wouldn't smoke in the vehicle. You broke that contract agreement by smoking in the car leaving your ashes and cigarette butt in the floor of the car. When you was asked about this you lied sir. You got upset when you was told there is a clean up fee that you are responsible for. So sir please take responsibility for your actions and not leave a bad review for your mistake.

After finding a couple of mechanical problems shortly after the purchase of my truck the owner contacted me and took care of the problems. This is a good honest dealership. Many thanks for taking care of the problems in such a timely manner.

We found a 2008 Evo X GSR online at East Tennessee Auto Outlet. Jarin Cass was great to work with, very accomodating and friendly. They had this beast priced $2277 under book and it was worth it, even after shipping it up to Billings Mt we were still in the black on the deal, the car is immaculate and everything you expect in an Evo... Thank you Jarin and crew! If you find something on their site, go for it. I highly recommend this outfit!
