Best Western Plus Pasadena Inn & Suites

This place is great for me and my kids. Bedsheets all clean, hot water coming through ASAP! Me and my kids enjoyed coming through here and after we woke up from a long day from a road trip we were amazed by the delicious food that was served during breakfast hours. There’s a lot of variety of options like eating eggs, muffin, cereal, waffles, yogurt, etc! We checked out and the Indian lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful to go through our problems and was very understanding!

I loved the time I spent here, I have to mention that front desk was very helpful, nice and professional. The rooms were very well designed and beds were super comfortable(tested both of them😂), and the pool was very cool too !. Overall, I loved everything there, if you are looking for hotel I recommend this one !!!

From check in to departure it has been a pleasant stay.

This hotel offers a complimentary full/fresh hot breakfast and your choice of coffee, tea, juice, water or milk. A safe, clean and well lit hotel and clean grounds surrounding. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting and the travelers have been friendly as well.

As for the rooms, I was personally impressed by the upkeep and standards of the room. With its chic decor and vibrant colors you feel the energy through out the entirety of the hotel. Very clean from the front door to the further corners of the room. Even smelt fresh.

Tons of amenities including free WiFi and eco friendly services.

Nice hotel, still smells new. Made my reservation online. After checking in went to our room & it wasn’t what I thought I had booked on line. Went back to Front deck & the front deck clerk (Hector) took great care of me & put us in a single, plus upgraded us to a suite. Rooms are very nice, ac works great, large flat screen tv, microwave & fridge. Rates are a little high, but your in the working industry. We’ll stay here again if in the area.

My family and I stayed 3 night in the kind bed full kitchen, complete worth the price. Hear no alarms from the plants, no smell, and yes not the most beautiful view but for the price ,service, room. It was worth it. Hector and Elizabeth thank you both so much for all your assistance! You both definitely are the reason we would return back to this location when visiting Houston again! BW customers for life👍🏼

10 months of grand opening and the whole place still smells like new paint , carpet and all. well the staff is nice . G. M. Sanjay Patel is friendly.
Spacey for two beds. Clean. The Price is right. Breakfast is eatable. Includes a bar ONLY on Wednesday’s 6PM-8PM , good set up for the pool. Laundry room is bigger than I expected, 4/4 washers and dryers if I’m not mistaking. Gym. Huge lobby. Breakfast lobby is big enough . I Will return soon.

After having the worst experience at the hotel next to them I was HIGHLY impressed by this one. The entrance was a tad confusing at first but oh so beautiful. They also have charging for electric cars and it’s really nice inside. For the price I really recommend and I’ll be staying here if I’m ever around. Also the lady in the front desk was really nice and helpful.

This hotel is only 9 months old. Very nice, relax, and super clean from rooms, lobby, dining area and everything else. Breakfast was great! Pictures don't lie. Don't know why it's labeled 2-Star hotel though🤔 Location to some might not be good but for me, visiting relatives a few blocks away was great! It's only 15 minutes from downtown area. Wouldn't mind the driving if heading there to save $$$$ Overall it's a 5-Star to my family and I.

Very clean and new and inviting. Spacious rooms and cool designs. Free parking and breakfast and dinner on some days too. Clean gym, pool, and laundry areas. Felt safe with my small child. Rooms seem pretty sound proof as well. Double bed room is very big with seating area, separate desk area and a small table that I used for a play area for my son. Perfect place for us while are having our home rebuilt after flooding.

the manager was extremely helpful in accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. we went there much before the checkin time hoping to drop off the bags, but the staff were kind enough to do an early checkin.

Lobby and rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great; the kid loved the texas shaped waffles. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great place to stay, the rooms are big, nice and clean well organized customer service is on point and really friendly. Hotel has easy access to the highway and the Washburn Tunnel. Breakfast is simple but just right they also offer small meals and drinks in the afternoon. The outside is clean and feel safe and secure. Overall this a great place to stay and easy on your budget.

The front desk staff was on point. They were ready and waiting for me to arrive. They were extremely nice, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were amazing and extremely clean. I had no issues at all and would stay here again.

All three ladies at front desk are very nice and extremely helpful! The room is very clean! Nice hot breakfast, didn't get to go to the pool due to Covid. But we will definitely stafe here again ☺
