Dillard's

My husband and I took two of our grandsons back-to-school shopping at Dillard's, today. Eedan found a couple of pairs of Levi's jeans and a North Face shirt. The store is clean and neat. There is a huge choice of clothing, cosmetic, and footwear brands in this store, at reasonable prices. The employees are helpful and polite. Parking is free, in a large, well-lit lot. Recommended!

My sales lady went above and beyond to help me find a dress for my granddaughters wedding. She was so helpful that I bought several other dresses and the shoes she went picked up for me to wear while trying on dresses!

Ladies that work there were really nice. Also, have a sense of humor. Needed to get my perfume bottle refilled. They were very knowledgeable about the product.

Needed some clothes for a daughter. Only Dillards had what she needed due to sizing. The women working in the ladies section were extremely helpful and sensitive to her needs. They didn't break the bank with their recommendations either. Thank you!!

I was shopping for my granddaughter a new pair of white leather tennis shoes. Dillards children shoes department is my go to place. They always always have a nice selection of shoes to choose from and almost always have her size. The sales ladies are very helpful and happy to help with selection and sizing. I love shopping in Dillards.

This store is always clean,and great sales people to help you find your fit. You can't beat a Dillards experience in Longview,Texas...

I went with my new mother to return a pair of shoes. She had forgotten her recept. They were able to scan the shoe and found the purchase. Modern technology! The staff was very attentive without hovering.

Despite the decline of malls and shifting business models, this Dillard's has remained consistently clean, well-stocked, and from our experience one of the best in the chain we've been in (and we've shopped at a lot). We tend to swing by each time we're in town visiting family from San Antonio, as the selection of clothing in Longview just tends to be better/more to our liking than our local ones. Kudos to the team for weathering changing shopping tastes, COVID, and the uncertain future of department stores! Please stay in business!
