Clarence E. Sasser Park

This is one of our favorite parks. Our kids call it the "spinney park" due to the 2-3 activities where you can spin. There is a nice playground and covered seating area, and a large walking loop around the park. There are also some fields where you can play sports.

Great place to get your cardio workout in, engage in sporting activities, or just hang out with family and/or friends. I made a few laps around the park on the trail. I'm not exactly sure of the distance, but it is notable making one complete trip around the park. There is a play area for the children, as well as a covered area with 3 grills and seating where you can have get togethers with plenty of space for family and friends. In the lower area of the park, there are three large fields that are set up for softball/baseball and soccer use plus additional open space. This will give you a general idea of the size of the park as the trail extends around these activities areas. Overall, it is a nice outdoor space.

This has 5 stars because there is something for everyone! You can walk on a safe trail around the whole park, you can play sports in the middle, and there are fenced off playgrounds for kids of all ages. Only improvement that could be made is more parking. But people have improvised by parking on the grass.

Such a nice park.Went here during the weekend for a picnic.The trail is somewhere between .6 or .8 miles.It is a nice trail to jog.They have a little play area for little kids and have recently added a little library for kids to pick out books and return them.You can also play in the field in the center. I recommend this park.

Clean park great for cardio, dogs, and family ventures. Water fountain and waste bags for dogs. Covered grilling and picnic area seating close to 50. Playground fit for toddler to you early grade school.

Nice park to walk, work out or relax. Always pretty clean. Nice pavilion with picnic benches and grills. Cool playground for kids.

Good for bike rides with kids. Can also walk. One circle is about o.75 miles.

Nice little park. My son will be playing lacrosse there. Only downside is no bathrooms.

Paved circular trail approximately .6 miles. Great for jogging with stroller or going for a bike ride with a trike

Went to pick up family from their exercise at the park full of children and parents all social distressing. Very clean Park I liked it.
