Mamacitas Restaurant & Bar

First time trying this restaurant. The Red Enchiladas were spicy and delicious. The beef taco was crispy just like I like it. Just missed having chips and salsa as other restaurants usually provide. The menudo was good, but the meat was cut in huge pieces, and I prefer smaller cuts. The Mexican Plate was good, and I wouldn't mind a repeat in the future. It looks like they offer Taco Tuesday, so we might be back sooner.

We hadn't been in the El Paso area for over 8 years. We were heading back home & decided to stop to eat before getting on the road back home to Austin. Food was so DELICIOUS I ordered a second plate!!!

Great place to take the family out to dinner. You can tell that it was definitely a busy night and the servers were busy attending to other people but regardless of that matter I really liked the fact that the manager, I believe his name was Gabriel, came and greeted us brought out our drinks and menus with urgency and was very attentive to every single one of our needs. Afterwards our orders were taken by our server Manuel which made some amazing recommendations I was definitely not disappointed with my tampiquena that paired greatly with that green enchilada. Not to mention that my husband really enjoyed his Mexican burger. Portions were great and very filling, will definitely be returning to try out their other items.

A WONDERFUL gem!!! Excellent food, friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. TVs had sport on, but did not disrupt our meal. My grilled shrimp salad was delicious and filling at only 8.00 😱!

Always my lunch go to, Especially since I work near by. 😜 but the burgers and fries are bomb🤤 great prices, custom service can be improved but food so good I can look past it. Props to the cooks in the back. I well continue recommending to guest and friends 👍

Second time eating here and the food is phenomenal. Ordered the sirloin tacos each time and the taste is on point. Also got a tamale which was very good 🔥👍

Great place! My son frequents Mamacitas with his friend and told me i had to go. He kept raving about how good the food was and how attentive the staff is. Long story short, he was absolutely right, Mamacitas has great food, friendly employees and a very nice atmosphere. Denise was our server, she was wonderful! I will definitely be back.

Wow such a great mexican restaurant and meals here are very affordable ( pre pandemic pricing) my second time and always great, thats a true hidden gem

This is a very nice place to go eats. The people are friendly there. The food was good. The service was good. I was very impressed. That was my second time that I have ate there, and each time was great and I will return again whenever I travel through there for work.

Great service and tasty food at a great price!

I needed my breakfast fix before leaving town. Cassandra greeted us with a smile and a menu. My homemade mexican sausage and eggs were gently folded in the a-la-mexicana fashion. My wife ordered a breakfast special. It came loaded. 2 eggs, toast, hash brown potatoes, refried beans and the best crispy bacon that reminds you of hand held flavorful jerky!!!! It was a delightful stop. The charming smiles provided service to the clientele. It was not expensive!!!

Delicious, friendly and warm atmosphere! The price is reasonable! Highly recommended!

I found a new job in Georgia With my personal pick up truck loaded down on my way from California.
I stopped and had the most incredible breakfast and met the nicest people I have ever met.
I will be back, and I will tell all of my friends to stop here and get some amazing food.

Terrific service! Great food! Comfortable family atmosphere.

It is a nice atmosphere! Quiet get away from city. The lights turned off because of the extreme winds but felt safe. Food was delicious by the way.
