Buenos Dias

Just had breakfast here for the first time and what a surprise. The food and service were both outstanding. I had the breakfast sandwich and my husband had the Roger special. If you are in Canyon, you definitely need to give this place a try!

A delicious little gem in Canyon, Texas. Whether you’re a resident of Canyon or just passing through, Buenos Dias serves up some of the best food in town! We especially love their breakfast! Grab a coffee cup off the wall and sit down and relax!

We came to Buenos Dias for the first time and I must say, the customer service was awesome and the food was even better! It was 100% worth the drive from Amarillo.

I have never been to this restaurant until today. Thank you In-laws for bringing us to this amazing food experience. First the staff is warm, kind and also patient. The food looked amazing to go along with the amazing smells coming from kitchen. I had Huevos Rancheros it was great the eggs were cooked perfectly and the papas were crispy but not too crunchy. CHICKEN N WAFFLES!! That waffle was Fluffy and tasted like a cake. Those Chicken tenders were good portions and tender. I highly recommend if you want a great breakfast to go and try the menu.

I’ve been meaning to post this for a while! We just love it here. The food is amazing and the company is too. You can feel the love In every dish. Xavier and Brenda thank you for continuing to offer the perfect breakfast getaway. We think of you and Teresa often.

This is the French toast and the Bueno Dias special. They didn’t last 5 seconds.

We wanted to have a great local breakfast and I can not more strongly recommend Buenos Dias. They were super friendly and the food was amazing. We both had the Sunrise which is a hashbrown waffle (yes please) and it is covered in a white gravy with sausage and eggs any way you want them. Not a low calorie meal but considering we were hiking in Palo Duro Canyon I would consider it a must visit for a great local breakfast in Canyon, Texas.

Nice little place with great atmosphere and service. Tried the Veggie Omelet and Vanilla Waffle with Blueberries added. Both delicious. Omelet was loaded with fresh veggies.

I was on a Route 66 road trip and I was looking for a good place to have breakfast. I found Buenos Dias and I'm so glad I did! It was the best breakfast I had on the whole trip.

The food was delicious. I had the Buenos Diaz Breakfast and it was perfectly cooked. The eggs were fluffy, the texas toast was crispy, and the hash was very flavorful. I also had a side of waffles and they were just perfect!

The service was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They made sure that I had everything I needed and that my food was cooked to my liking.

I also loved the self-serve coffee mug wall. I could make my coffee exactly the way I like it! There were different types of coffee, teas, creamers, and sweeteners to choose from. Also A+

Overall, I had a great experience at Buenos Dias. It was the perfect place to start my day on Route 66. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable breakfast.

Food is fresh, flavorful and better than if you made it in your own kitchen!

Tried this place while driving through Canyon. I had the bacon, cheese, and eggs Burrito. It was good, I will definitely try something else next time I come by. You grab a coffee cup from the wall and get coffee or get a fountain drink. The place was neat and clean, the service was excellent.

The food is very good! Yummy breakfasts! The staff is always nice, it never fails. They are friendly & happy & it shows! They also show that they care about you, your order & getting you seated & served fast. The coffee is good too. I'm picky about coffee... don't want it to burn my stomach later. Theirs doesn't. The restaurant is adorably decorated. LOVE this place! God bless this beautiful family who carries on the tradition that their precious Mom Teresa (RIP) started so many years ago. Her kids are so much like her: beautiful, caring people. 💕

What can I say about this place? Great food, modicum pricing, excellent service.
About the service, these folks clean and sanitize everything after each customer.
Once a table is freed , they come down on it as crime scene cleaning team: salt and pepper dispensers , table and chairs , EVERYTHING gets clean and sanitized to perfection.
The food offerings are portion perfect, flavorful and honest food.
Decor is accommodating and gentle.
Buen Dia in Canyon,TX became our favorite place for breakfast and eating out without a doubt!!

If you really like Authentic Green Chili, get the green salsa.
