Great service! The staff was super helpful. I went in with an idea of which sofa model I wanted, but was pretty clueless about the different fabric types. The employee that helped me showed me several different examples in the showroom, and which were the best quality and easiest maintenance without being too expensive. The "Montrose" model I was looking at comes with two cushions by default, but they were able to build it with three instead at no extra charge. The sofa was ready and delivered in about 7 weeks, ahead of the 8-10 week estimate I had gotten. A nice surprise! It looks great and is extremely comfortable. Will definitely be looking at Living Designs again next time I need to upgrade a piece of furniture.

My wife and I are OBSESSED with our furniture we purchased from Living Designs!! Our cat and dog are equally enthused. 😊 From the moment we walked through the front door, we were warmly greeted and immediately treated like we were a VIP customer. We worked with Dean on two custom couches and you could tell he knew his stuff by the questions he asked us. He really gave us clarification on exactly what we were looking for and added helpful suggestions to make sure the pieces fit with our ambiance at home. We live in Austin and despite this, we received our custom couches in a timely manner and the delivery men ensured the furniture was placed exactly how we wanted them. We will ABSOLUTELY be recommending Living Designs to our friends and family. If you want a piece of furniture, they can make it. If you want it at a good price, they’ll give you an even better one! 😉

We spent months searching locally and online for a sectional to fit our narrow living room. Many were too large, some were a good size but had terrible reviews (or no reviews), some were a good size but way over our budget, and several were online only, which we felt was risky considering we couldn’t see or feel the comfort and quality. We were thrilled when we stumbled across Living Designs Furniture and learned that not only do they customize furniture, they have stellar reviews, and are very fairly priced, especially for the quality. The showroom isn’t huge, but has a great assortment of design styles and hundreds of fabric options. We didn’t feel pressured at all as we browsed and decided on a style that we liked. The gentleman who helped us was very patient as we asked questions and browsed through the abundant fabric samples. He worked with us on the design customizations and helped us stay on budget. We were even able to select the firmness of our cushions. The fabric we selected is amazing - it is hydrophobic and repels liquids and stains, and is also super soft. The couch was ready exactly when they predicted, and delivery was exceptional. It was brought in in pieces, thoroughly wrapped in plastic, assembled, and positioned exactly where we asked. We are extremely pleased with the comfort, style, and most of all the quality of our new sectional. We couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend Living Designs Furniture!!!

We went out there to shop and the salesman were helpful and not pushy. We had a great experience and will definitely buy from them again. The furniture is heavy and solid. Great quality with a great warranty. We are beyond happy with our living room furniture. Sofa, oversized chair and ottoman.

We had a great experience designing our couch in an odd size , bigger than loveseat- smaller than a couch . Perfect for husband to stretch out with the bench cushion . All went as planned…

LDF is a very special place. LDF’s attention to quality and dedication to above and beyond service stand out to me as exceptional. It is a family run business with heart and integrity, and the furniture is BEAUTIFUL. I have never experienced the customer service that I experienced there before and I will be back every opportunity I get. So far, I’ve gotten a couch and two swivel glider chairs (all impeccable), and will be getting a dining banquette and ottoman. I’m dreaming up other things I might need because I love supporting this business so much.

Dean at LDF patiently worked with our family to select and customize measurements for a sectional. After confirming the details, we went home and measured everything off and decided we wanted to change the sizing. He was able to work up a new design and keep within the same budget so that we could get exactly what we needed. Along the way, Dean also provided helpful insights on what type of designs work best in our space to achieve the style and function we were looking for. The level of service and extra time to get things just right made me feel like LDF provides more than your typical furniture retailer, but at a cost that is still reasonable.

My husband & I have just remodeled our home & we’re in need of new living room furniture. We shopped several of the top showrooms in town. Everything looked the same. Then I remembered this furniture store, where you can customize your pieces & it’s made right here, AND only takes 6-8 weeks. Much shorter than other stores custom orders! I started looking for a sectional and went to Living Design Furniture in 2021. I picked out one then the February freeze burst pipes home renovation, and a tree branch fell in the yard and we had to take a tree out of the back yard. So I had to put it on the back burner. I finally went back in December 2023. Dean helped us pick up as if no time had passed we relooked at fabric changed the color and the order slightly. In less than 2 months my beautiful sectional was ready and delivered. This is the best place in town a hidden gem!! My furniture store forever.

I had them make a sofa, chair, and ottoman for me five years ago. The furniture was well crafted and built with the pieces still looking new. In addition, their delivery service is amazing.

I got my whole house furnished by Living Design s Furniture and I could not be happier! Everyone always asks me where I got my sectional, my leather couch and my bedframe! It’s a local furniture spot so they were affordable and easy to work with! Plus, their design team really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole purchase.

The swivel chairs we just ordered from Living Designs Furniture are both 5 STAR as far as we are concerned. The color of the fabric, the craftsmanship, and the sheer comfort cannot be beat!

I moved into my new home and was badly in need of a furniture update. I spent every weekend for months shopping and could not find anything I loved. It was either the wrong shape, size, color, or out of stock. I heard a commercial on 94.5 about Teresa's custom sofa and decided to go by the store and check it out. The options were endless! I found exactly the size and style of sofa I wanted and they helped guide me through some fabric selections until I found the right color and texture. They were so patient and helpful! My sofa was ready in the time they quoted and the delivery was scheduled in a time window convenient to me, on time, and easy peasy. Everything came wrapped for protection, they unwrapped my furniture once it was placed correctly, and took all the wrapping with them. I loved my sofa so much I ended up going back for two swivel chairs. Again, the staff was super helpful and patient as I tried a number of fabric colors and textures and asked a hundred questions. I might have spent a tad more than at some other retailers and I had to wait a few weeks (four) for custom production, BUT I was able to get exactly what I wanted and bring my vision into reality. Another semi-custom store quoted me 6 months and their choices were very limited, still not exactly what I was looking for. I'm so happy I went to Living Designs!
Tips...take a picture of your space with you and take measurements of your space with you. There are options for everyone! I can't imagine not finding what you're looking for.

Highly recommend LDF to anyone looking for a sofa. We searched everywhere for a specific color and size and finally found it here. Great competitive pricing and delivery went smoothly. We are very pleased and plan to go back to get chairs as well.
