South Padre Island Lodge

Me, wife and baby just wanted a quick last minute family weekend getaway without breaking the bank it was quiet, great location, room was comfortable with great water pressure and temp. Desk lady in evening was nice checking in and gentleman checking out was nice as well.

Amazing they are very kind and helpful the only bad thing was that there was a person trying to get in my room looking threw the window and booting the door but the hotel staff got them away😁

I recommend this place The overall, great location and place is at love how the 1st floor has the pool staff is pretty cool and great prices if you get it on time.

Our room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They definitely remodeled the hotel.
Staff was very helpful and kind.
You can tell they care about their business. Will always stay with them from now on.

South padre island is very beautiful place with a huge sea beach.

It appears that there has been a fair amount of money and time put into this establishment to update it. Staff is very accommodating and polite. The lodge is kept very clean and the atmosphere is surprisingly comfortable. The lodge is located on the main "drag" but I couldn't hear the traffic noises once my room door was closed. I would recommend this property to anyone that was looking for a place to stay and that are on a budget but still desire comfort and cleanliness. If I'm ever on South Padre Island again, I will be staying here.

Room was clean bed was super comfortable plenty of room. Had lots of towels coffee machine microwave and mini fridge. Will definitely get this place again. A little noisy because I was next to the pool area but that's expected since the room was close to the room. Will definitely book again.

We paid 49$ on a thurs for a room that's 250 on Saturday. VERY small but clean and good for the price we paid. 250 no way. Don't expect a lot and you will be fine.

Before I checked in and read all the reviews and I was kind of worried I might've regretted getting this hotel. When I got there I knew the reviews were WRONG!!. Steven or Steve (sorry I'm not as good with names) greeted me with a smile and good sense of humor. Always polite and very caring for the guest at the hotel. He went out of his way to try and get me extra pillows. The room was very nice and pretty, we had a really comfortable room. The only complaint I have from the place was that the room key scanner should be fixed in room 219. I will definitely be back to this place next year for NEW YEAR'S!! Best place to be at if you want a wonderful host like Seteven. Thank you Steven for making the guest feel super welcomed ☺☺☺💕💕💕

Newly remodeled rooms with great amenaties. Property maintenance and staff is impecable. Internet access for my stay was flawless. Rates are surprisingly low for such a great location. Also, my son had fun in the pool : )

Not a single complaint! :) Got very good prices for a 3night stay ( over $100.00 less than another place we had previously gone to) The man at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean. Beds comfortable.

Emergency spring break room was easy to book, clean, great little kitchenette and bathroom amenities with cold ac. Delicious restaurant next door and a pool outside, too.

After reading many of the reviews for this hotel, we were a bit apprehensive about our stay--booked it on Hotwire for 2 weeks and added on another 3 weeks after checking in. The rooms are very clean and nice--everything you need is there--nice pool (although too cold to swim) and a nice hot tub. Great location and EXCELLENT friendly service.

The hotel was great, everyone at the front desk was respectful and nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were made. Breakfast was great as well. Overall a great experience at a great hotel.

Not bad but it's not nice. If you need a place to set up camp and go play it's perfect. Wouldn't put it on my Instagram or anything. Bring pillows. Price is great for the area.
