Hampton Inn Houston I-10 East

You can't go wrong booking this hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is excellent and any issues are promptly resolved. The only drawback is if you are without transportation there isn't much within walking distance. Otherwise, it's a great hotel. Can't elaborate enough about the staff and the maintenance crew, in a word, they are awesome.

My husband’s company had him here for a month and I came to visit him during the stay. Maria at the front desk was always there and greeted us each and every time with a smile on her face and always ready to help! I had to do hubby’s laundry one day and needed a particular item. It was 3 am and I didn’t want to have to find it a a truck stop and she searched all over the building just in case they had what I needed! The security person Mr. Charles was always a pleasure to talk to. The ladies who cleaned our floor Mrs. Shawn and Mrs. Winnifer were always attentive and sweet! All of the staff were a group of very happy and helpful individuals! Our stay during the entire month was very pleasant. I even got to celebrate Mother’s Day here with my husband and kiddos this year which was a blessing! Unfortunately we were hit by the Tornado and the building had to shut down due to no electricity and water. I hope and pray everyone is ok and I’m only sorry I didn’t have the opportunity to say goodbye to these lovely individuals. Never want to stay in another location again the accommodations are incredible that kindness and generosity of every single staff member is phenomenal the general manager definitely loves his job and it shows through his team with the hotel Immaculate in every customer satisfied Front Desk Associate Alivia has been most helpful with knowledge of places near by and kindness shines thru her smile! FAVORITE PLACE BY FAR ♡ Wasn't a guest here I felt like Family. Security reassuring me my personal items were safe.

Stayed here for new years weekend . Bed comfy, room was clean , breakfast was amazing . I starred this location so I can stay again when I visit Houston. Location 3/5 because neighborhood look janky . 12-15 min from the aquarium. 15-18 min from Sloomoo Institute.(depends on traffic)

Breakfast area is cute, pretty good considering the price of the hotel. The staff is AMAZING, professional, funny, sweet, and helpful!!!!!! Hotel being right off Highway got us to Minute Maid park in 10 mins. Not much to see in the general area but Highway access makes that a non issue. The room was clean! As well as restroom. But i can’t get over the service. 10/10

The folks that work there are extremely pleasant! I was only able to enjoy breakfast the last day of my stay. I was extremely upset that I only got one morning with your employee that handled breakfast. I would have been late the other days just to be able to get a Good Morning and conversation with her.

Convenient location for my work training - somewhat of an industrial area so not for the site seers! But convenient right off I-10. The staff is outstanding, helpful, professional and fun. The cleaning crew is AWESOME! And made the room fantastic with everyday freshen up’s and a big clean on day 5!(RARE TO HAVE POST COVID!) and MUCH APPRECIATED! The gym is great with good cardio equipment, free weights and a do- all machine with pulleys! Decent pool and hot tub that was clean. The breakfasts are good and coffee / tea is always on in the lobby! Felt safe with security guard in the parking lot and will come stay again!

I am a low key guyso this hotel isn't for the bougie but the staff, service and breakfast are outstanding. I genuinely love staying here and have done so 7 times. Always friendly and accommodating. A model for how hotels should be run and treat their guests.

This hotel was great! The staff were super friendly and accommodating! My room was super clean and the location was great. The general manager Chris is running a great hotel. I highly recommend and will be staying again in the near future.

My hotel stay was magnificent from beginning to end. The grounds, the entryway, hallways and especially the room and definitely the bathroom were immaculate. Concierge was very friendly,helpful and informative upon arrival/departure. The breakfast was good and hot for the items that I chose to eat. I would strongly recommend/suggest tnis hotel. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

After having a pretty rough travel day and being unable to leave the city when expected, we stayed at this location.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Because I wasn't expecting to stay in town overnight, I didn't bring the basics, but this location supplied me with toothpaste, toothbrush, and deodorant.

This location really upholds the Hilton standard! I travel quite a bit for work though this was a personal trip and I am very happy with my stay here.

The room was clean and updated. The grounds were clean. The breakfast was stocked with many choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice. Rooms/lobby look to be updated which is also a plus. The only negative was that the gap between my room door and the floor was creating an unpleasant howling noise, so I had to place a towel on the ground to cancel it out. Could have been my room selection and the hallway breeze. Regardless, 5 stars. Houston locations along highways can be really noisy, and some Hilton locations can be run down, but this location was pleasant and quiet.

Well appointed, clean, great customer service and great breakfast with variety of choice on the selection of food and drink. Rooms were outstanding.

Breakfast was ok, I'm not much into sweet food. The pancakes were good but the edges were a bit to over cooked.

Friendly staff and clean hotel! Pillows need an upgrade but comfortable beds!!
