Go visit Dolly the Dolphin, made out of sea trash from the South Padre gulf shore. Other sea creatures, too. You can volunteer to help make them, too. This calls attention to the problems this trash causes for creatures.

As a new resident to the area, I called inquiring about a prolific plant or weed. The woman who answered was not friendly and provided no assistance or information. More specifically she sounded annoyed that I had bothered her. I hope this place isn’t tax payer funded!
