Thank you to all of the companies for not wanting to work on our house and not return phone calls. It lead us to Verity Plumbing in Red Oak. Mark and Jennifer are very pleasant and easy to work with. Mark came out and took care of our problem. He did the work quickly and explained the work as he went. Mark and Jennifer coordinated the job between Verity and another company. Jennifer kept us informed every step of the way.
Their price was very reasonable. We will use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks Again Verity.

A tale of an undetected leak... my water heater had been leaking for months, unknown to me. I reached out to the first plumbers I found, and was astonished by the highway robbery pricing and lack of transparency. After days of panicking, i was referred to Verity Plumbing. From the moment Jennifer responded to me, I knew I was in good hands. She was attentive to my needs, and quickly came up with a solid game plan. That same day, Mark arrived to my house ready to roll. He removed the water heater, got rid of the damaged flooring and ran new pex lines. Mark taught me how to manage a water heater correctly to prevent this problem in the future. He even guided me on the wall and floor repairs. The whole time wearing a mile wide smile. Jennifer made the payment process easy, being open to multiple payment methods. Her professionalism and kind hearted nature eased the anxiety of the whole process. They defined the standard of above and beyond. Their pricing was beyond fair. Trustworthy, hard working and respectable people. Highly recommended. Honestly, the only reason any other plumbing company can do business in the DFW area is because Mark needs to sleep too.

Very good service. Showed up ready to work. Fixed the problem, and shared about his work experience. Super nice guy. I will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

Mark and Jennifer are FANTASTIC!! Mark is super knowledgeable, warm hearted, and accurate! He helped us figure out that we have a belly (sinking spot) in our pipe line and used the camera and line detector to help us identify exactly where it is. We’ve been through three other plumbers and no one could do what mark did. He cleared our stoppage and gave us helpful next steps. He even stopped and insulated our front water spigot as he was heading to his van to leave. Don’t call anyone else, call Mark!

We had Mark come out to help us get our tub diverter changed out. It was STUCK and we needed the big guns to come in and get us taken care of. Mark does it right every time and just a great guy on top of it all! If you need plumbing help, call Mark and Verity Plumbing!

Let me say that I had a wonderful experience with Verity Plumbing! Jennifer was so sweet and Mark was so knowledgeable about his profession, entertaining and just a hoot! They were able to squeeze me in that day and conquered my sewer drain problem for a great price! I will not only use them again but I highly recommend them! You cannot go wrong with Verity. During the Texas ice disaster, these were the only plumbers that took our call, kept us up to date on a rapidly evolving schedule, came out late in the day on a Saturday, and stayed well into the night getting our water fixed. There were multiple leaks under our house that Al stayed late to fix. Ultimately there's more damage that would have taken place had Verity not come to save us. The owners were personally involved and treated us like their only customer. The cost was less than we expected and the work still holds water! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job for my friends and family, and just found my new plumber for life!

Mark came back out again and removed and installed a new water-heater while my wife and I were on vacation, which works wonderfully!

Then came back again and replaced the main water line... for WAY LESS than anyone else would have.

You really should use Verity for ANY plumbing needs

Outstanding service. With everything else that was going on due to the freeze I thought I would be without water for weeks. Called about 9 different plumbers and Verity came through like a champ. Very quick response with follow up calls and constant updates of when someone would be onsite. Affordable and friendly service. I would highly recommend them.

I called Verity due to a blown gasket in an outside faucet that we couldn’t turn off. They were booked for the day, but were able to squeeze us in at the end of the day. Mark was on time and very friendly.

Mark & his wife were extremely helpful and professional since our initial conversation via phone. Mark did an outstanding job fixing my water heater and replacing a toilet flange that was broken. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Verity Plumbing.

I had a broken pipe in my sewer system and Mark was able to come right away on his off day and through great effort solved the problem. It took him 6 hours and that included finding an electrician to come out immediately to help with the original problem because my solar installer had broken my sewer pipe and did not tell me and left me with a mess. Mark was excellent and turned a huge problem into a total success. I feel I really owe him for his quick responsiveness and dedication to solve the problem. Needless to say, I will continue to use him for sure.

Highly recommend! Mark Schrader, owner of Verity Plumbing, corrected a chronic problem with my bathroom sink. Mark provided prompt, efficient, and quality service. It’s wonderful finally having a well-functioning sink! The only thing I would do differently, is to call Mark sooner!

Needed help to unclog of kitchen drain - Verity Plumbing had quick availability and arrived on time. Mark fixed the drain and walked me through how to avoid similar issues in the future. Can't recommend enough.

I give Verity five starts for excellent service. They returned our calls as promised, and sent someone out on Sunday morning. Given the deep freeze disaster this past week and so many requests for plumbing services, their quick response was a welcome relief. Al, the licensed plumber who came to our house, was very personable and worked efficiently and obviously knew what he was doing. Another reviewer mentioned that he'd found a plumber for life. Talk about quick and fast, withing the same day( WITHA MAJOR ICE STORM THAT HAPPENED) they had someone at my house diagnose the problem & fixed next day. They would of fixed it same day but the problem was slight difference & a weird way for a leak to happened in my home. I highly recommend them for service

Another plumber had quoted us $5800 to jackhammer the slab in our bathroom downstairs and then run a camera to see how extensive the roots in the sewer line were. They wouldn't do the camera until we agreed to the $5800 and paid half up front. Fortunately, Verity came out that same evening. He ran the camera FIRST. Found all the lines clear except right under the toilet. He took off the problematic toilet, pulled out the root clog (about 2 feet long) and put the toilet back in. $165. He also told us how to keep roots from growing in the lines in the future. We couldn't be happier.

This guy is THE BOMB you want an honest plumber and fair plumber this the guy. Saved me bout $600 if I had gone to anyone else
