Cynthia is amazing!!! She was very helpful and such a sweet person who explained everything well and showed me the unit I’d be getting. The facility is in a convenient location, is clean and well cared for with concrete driveways. I’m very pleased to be storing my things here.

Cynthia and Debbie are so easy to work with. They are truly lovely people who care about their renters and the community. If you need a storage spot this is the place to use!

Cynthia helped me rent a storage unit. She was very friendly and helpful. She took her time to make sure everything was right even though she was very busy and working by herself. I will definitely recommend Five Star Storage to others!

Debbie, the manager, has always been extremely helpful with any questions we have had. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly & professional in every way. When Debbie is not there, Cynthia is also fantastic to work with. The storage facility is affordable, clean & offers various size units.

Debbie, at Five Star Storage in Van Alstyne, TX, was the first person I met in Van Alstyne. She should be an ambassador for both your company and the city. Debbie was welcoming, friendly, and so very helpful. She was so very knowledgeable about the units and provided a tour of the facility. Debbie also provided recommendations for day-to-day essentials such as grocery stores, hair salons, etc.

On the day my movers were scheduled to arrive, I began to have apprehensions regarding the number and size of the units I rented. Debbie immed On the day my movers were scheduled to arrive to put things in the storage units, I began to second guess if I'd rented sufficient room. Immediately, Debbie reassured me that she'd be on site and would arrange for an extra unit if all of my belongings would not fit.

Having a storage facility was a big part of the cross-country move. It might have been more stressful without Debbie's fantastic customer service.

Easy transaction very friendly highly recommend

I have been renting a small unit for 4 years now and I've not had any problems. Recently they have changed managers and owners and the switch over only had a small glitch that was taken care of by a phone call. We found ourselves in need of a larger climate controlled unit and today I stopped by to lease one. The new manager is very pleasant, easy to work with and was very helpful!

We are moving and needed a unit for our things, the big unit we needed came available and they were super helpful and quick to help us get the unit. Didn’t take anytime at all and the lady helping us was very sweet!

If you’re looking for a very nice storage facility I’d suggest this one. Debbie was very helpful in getting me setup with what I needed and getting things squared away. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Storage facilities are a dime a dozen. For the most part they are the same. What sets Five Star Storage apart from the rest is the wonderful service and people. Cynthia is so kind, so helpful and works very hard to make a difference. She is the 5 star difference. Van Alstyne, Texas

Extraordinarily clean, friendly and superb customer service, great security and supplies are available in the office if you need them or forgot something! We had climate control and non climate control storage units and were pleased with all of them!
