I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for your kind assistance and hospitality recently, despite the fact that I was not a guest at your hotel.

When I had an urgent need to print my documents, I reached out to your hotel for help. Your staff was incredibly responsive and friendly, and they immediately agreed to assist me. Your hospitality and willingness to help even someone who was not a guest at your hotel truly impressed me.

I want to emphasize that your actions made my stay in this city much more comfortable and convenient. The high level of professionalism and care you demonstrated in this situation deserves the highest praise.

Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality. I am confident that your actions will stay in my memory for a long time. If I have the opportunity to return to your hotel, I will definitely take advantage of it.

This location was very quiet and very clean the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious..... The room comes with a microwave and a refrigerator no coffee pot king size bed and a TV I will definitely be staying here again

Nice little duck off...in the middle of the day

Nice place. Smoking rooms. Wish they had a spray or something to kill the smoke smell. It was over bearing, but it was not pleasant. Especially if you are a none smoker like me. Next time I'll bring some Febreze, candles or something. Nice place to get some rest if you need it. This is room 110 in the pics.

Great service. Rooms are always so nice and clean! All of the individuals that work there are really nice and very helpful I do give a thumbs up and recommend everyone to stay at the palace inn!

What's to say it's a clean hotel I enjoyed the time I was there it served its purpose have fun and when I say fun I mean PnP blowing big clowds on a nice c**k

The service was awesome no complaint and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish I can do it again. :-)

They have a great service rooms always clean and treat you with good attitude except the guy that works in the morning cant speak english wells and we have alot to difficulty on understanding him.

Rooms are always clean and front desk is very nice.
