Always efficient & kind !! Could not do without them!!

Always a helpful and kind staff. Thrilled to be able to use a local pharmacy for my prescriptions. They also have cards, VA Panther spirit wear, local honey, as well as many medicine cabinet necessities for all health, well being, beauty and care. So happy to be able to continue shopping local in Van Alstyne. On one occasion, they even offered to deliver when I could not get to the store.

I love this place. THEY HAVE THE BEST GREETING CARDS!!! The (usual) fellow at the register has an amazing memory and is so nice & friendly! If I had 1/5 of his ability, I'd be able to tell you HIS name. I wish I could get all my prescriptions filled here.

I have been a customer for a few years. Great people who care and take the time to answer any questions. I really appreciate City Drug for getting vaccinations to our towns residents! Thank you City Drug!!!

Just got Covid vaccination from this place. Very Nice and responsive people 👍. They take care vey well. Over all process will be about 20min .

David the owner is great. There used to be some rude women but that seems to have improved. I never have to wait long.
Some things are higher priced BUT somethings, like Allegra are lower.

Not a preferred BCBSTX pharmacy provider, so a prescription refill cost 40 dollars more. Very expedient service however.

Nice staff.

They have literally given me other people's medicine multiple times. Faxing the doctor when my child's prescription was ready. Waited 2 days for them to tell they were wrong. Now some little short lady wants to yell at me while I'm walking out the door. I've been going here for ten yrs. I usually walk from my house to the pharmacy. I will and would rather walk to Anna, than have to deal with the incompetence of these people. The actual pharmacist is awesome. The employees are the problem. Anna is only a full round trip of 5 hrs to walk. Would rather do that than be lied to and yelled at.
