There is a reason they are still around...Jeff is a great guy they are very knowledgeable and will work hard to get you exactly what your looking for. The techs he has are great to.new or used awesome selection. If he don't have it he surely will find it. I hope this can help they also do a ride on Friday evening leaving from his shop. itawesome he will stay open just to participate to fellow riders .and check with them sometime they have swap meets and sales lots of cool cycling stuff .

Can’t recommend this place enough. New gear. New bikes and used bikes. Reasonable prices. Service is top notch. The mechanics do not upsell you services you don’t need. They educate and teach people. It’s a no frill no nonsense shop. They will take care of you.

Came in today and ordered 2 bikes. One for my wife, and another for my 3YO son. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. They helped me get the right sizing down for each bike, and went over other specific options. All around I am extremely happy with my in store experience, and cannot wait to return to pick up our bikes. Thank you Bay Area Cycling Pasadena!

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable which is good for experienced cyclists and beginners alike. They dealt with me in a relaxed and good humored fashion.
They have a lot of kinds of bikes available too.

After my son's and me Bile, my brake broke and my front tire got flat.
We took them to them Bay Area Cycling .
Right at closing time.
They still took us in and got our bikes check and fixed everything we need it.
They called when they were ready , we didn't have to call.
Great service very reasonable prices.
We love place they always take care of us and very good and involved with the communities in Pasadena and Baytown .
I seen helping in Gator Ride everyone that needed help with their bikes or had a question, no matter the bike if they were kids or adults or anyone.
They just take care of of you and answer any questions you may have.

Jeff and the guys are fantastic. They are really good about getting to your bike and fixing it. They do it in a timely manner as well. These are my guys. They should be yours if you need reliable service for your bike.

This is a very professional and friendly place to buy and have bike service. They are very respectful, I had accused them of scratching/gouging my paint after having service done for the first time, only to realize soon after it was the crossbar I use to transport my bike. So the lesson here is to always reflect on an issue and see if you are not the one liable for the cause. Great service, highly recommended!

This place is super awesome! Got so much help especially for my first time having a bike. Highly recommend it. They have super cool different kind of bikes and accessories that you need. They do have someone on site mechanic and of course GREAT deals! :)

Great people! I took my bike in for a repair on a rear wobbling tire and front brake service. They fixed it, but the rear tire still kept rubbing the frame so I took it back the next day and the mechanic fixed it quick. Now the bike rides better than before. They adjusted a few things besides what I asked for and that really impressed me. I struck up a conversation with the guys there about cycling and touring and the mechanic was very welcoming with questions and offered a lot of great advice and suggestions for me. He seemed very knowledgeable and willing to share his wisdom. I always appreciate meeting people working in the field they enjoy. Friendly!

Great experience from them. I was told it would be a day before I got my electric bike brakes fixed. They got it done in 3 hours. I will be back in the future

Great bike shop with knowledgeable mechanics that take the time to discuss with you what you are wanting without trying to sell you unneeded upgrades or repairs. I would highly recommend this shop over one of the larger high volume businesses.
Walked my rear wheel in on Dec 23rd without an appointment. Walked out with my wheel 3 hrs later, trued, spoke replaced, several new nipples. Fred is the best.

First I was surprised to find a person who works on vintage Schwinn bikes. Second I did not expect the restoration to turn out so well. The bike is beautiful and rides like new! The price is reasonable & the staff is helpful. Another bike shop in the area suggest I visit the store. I am so glad that I did finally because it made all the difference.
