Amarillo National Bank

We hesitantly switched to ANB due to all the stress of moving banks, but I am so glad we did. Absolutely the best financial products, online banking, and customer service of any bank we've used. Especially better than the giant banks out there. I only wished we'd switched to ANB sooner. My life could have been easier all along.

Love ANB! We moved all of our banking to ANB when we moved up here from San Antonio. Love the hours that the lobbies and drive thru are open. We use the office at 34th and Soncy and the staff are great. Big shout-out to Mario! He is awesome!!

Great and friendly staff. Loan process was easy and fast. Stacey talked to me about options over the phone and then the rest of the process was done electronically.

Ran out of checks. All I had to do was verify the last four numbers of my social security card. Easy peasy!!

Lousy customer service. Came in to apply for a personal loan, and loan officer didn't seem interested. Told me that she would try to approve it tomorrow. I assume she thought of me to be younger than I actually am, therefore a waste of time with no credit. Told her it wasn't going to work for me, went to the hillside and bell branch and received the help I was looking for. It would've taken this loan officer 30 minutes of her time to assist me the correct way. would highly suggest the hillside branch over soncy branch when it comes to applying for finance assistance.

I went into this bank with my paycheck and my ID, my employer made the mistake of putting the wrong date on my check, the little boy at the front Accused me of writing a fraudulent check when the check was printed off of a computer from Amarillo National Bank, instead of calling my employer I was accused of something I never did very disappointed with my experience will be changing my bank as soon as possible
