😲😳 wow ... Despite the reviews I read before coming here... I decided to try for myself and was impressed with the whole experience Please come in this establishment it's hands down worth your time and money I'll be back next time I'm in Wichita falls Texas.we are from Southern California and this place is 100x better than inNout. Period 🙏 customer service was outstanding food was great

Came to Whataburger 1st time while on vacation from out of state, where we don't have this business. Michelle and Vanessa made our visit remarkable, fresh French fries and onion rings. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were hot as well. The sweet tea was excellent! Love their fries as well, great flavor.

Staff welcomed us with a smile on their faces. Checked on us while eating. Inside was clean and well kept. Such a huge menu, so many options! If I lived here, my weight would definitely increase 🤣🤣. If we're ever back in Wichita Falls, we'll be back! Thank you so much for the wonderful dining experience!

My family and I stopped through here after about eight hours of driving. The staff was super friendly and quick and was joking around with us as we we placed our orders. I believe the on-shift manager’s name was Chris, and it was obvious that the crew was having a good time tonight. Awesome stuff after a long day of travel!

Whataburger never ceases to amaze me! .. outstanding! I special ordered .. food was hot and tasted great as usual. In N Out has nothing on Whataburger! Thanks y’all! : )

We ordered two burgers at 8:30pm in the drive thru lane. There were four people in front of us. We did not even wait 5 minutes and we were already being handed our food. Very fast service but no carbonations for soda so we didn’t get drinks.

Food was fresh and yummy!!! Jayssa was super sweet and friendly. We’ll need to come back to this location.

The employees are all super, just be careful there at night. It's not the best area. I would still come back there. The food was delicious and the service is great.

Right off the highway, pretty easy on and off. Food was fresh and delicious, but the wait time was a bit extreme for 2 pm on a weekday.

Road trip stop! Phillip runs a great restaurant and has such an awesome and positive attitude! Our order was completed quickly and was hot and delicious! Everything was exactly the way we ordered it. We were really impressed with this Whataburger location!

Food: Fries are skinny and crispy, cooked to perfection. Bacon cheeseburger was huge, had all the right toppings, all the right juices, and, like the fries, cooked to perfection.

Service: Waitress was kind, and made sure everything was in check. My little brother ordered plain, but got tomato and lettuce, but it's okay because that just means extra veggies for me.

Absolutely love this place great burgers. Great staff you know the orange and white stripes is a plus as well I really like the steps it nicely kept nice and clean

The service was amazing, the dr.pepper shakes are top notch the best and the food was great. Such a great location also to see the falls near by. The staff was great here and friendly.

This Whataburger on central freeway is the best one to go to. I am a regular so much they know my burger and how I like it.

I love Whataburger. If you order ahead it's best because they don't make it until you order it.

We walked in and were instantly welcomed with a hello and a smile. They were quick with our order even after their screens went out. Phillip A was an absolute delight and checked on the entire seating area.

I just wanted to point out that Kolton the cashier is so sweet. A man came in and was asking for extra salt and pepper to go, instead of him being like yeah its over there by the drinks help yourself, he went over there himself and grabbed it for him. He was very nice and attentive!

Place was busy but food and drinks came out quickly and hot.

First Whataburger I've had in two months after being in California working..🤘🤠🤘

Food was great! The banana pudding shake was awesome! The wait was minimal for a Whataburger. Everytime I eat inside, the store is always clean. Never been inside to an empty store either.

During lunch on a Saturday, it was busy and the staff seemed to be handling everything with good efficiency and gave great customer service to everyone that was there at the time. The food was fresh and made to order, I threw in a couple of twists on the multiple orders and they handled them perfectly. The on duty manager was friendly and helpful. I've heard less than stellar reviews about the night shift but this is a review of the day shift weekends.
