I am somewhat of a regular to this specific store and I've never really had a problem with their customer service. They usually have pretty low gas prices. I do wish that they would bring back the cotton candy flavored faygo. Period. And the gas price here right now is 179

Saw the 2 signs that said no free slurpees. The cashier had to inform me like I didn't see the signs at the door and on the machine, but failed to mention the slurpees are on defrost mode.

Fake 711! Has to be the most expensive store in America. Don't waste your money it's not like they got anything anyway to waste your money on .TRASH Truck stops are cheaper than this place!

I recently got gas like I always have for the last few years and shortly after my vehicle started acting up. I had it towed to the dealership and they tested the fuel and found dirt and water mixed in it... Now Im out a large amount of money for the repair.. I WILL NOT EVER BUY ALON FUEL ANYWHERE AGAIN... this review is not intended for the direct employees of the store.. they have always been very nice, its unfortunate for them to lose me as a customer

Diesel fuel is pumping very slow. It took 30 minutes to fuel up. I told the clerk and she said it's messed up. No it is going to be repaired or anything. It has been this way for three weeks.

Women worker at Alon 1201 central e fwy, wichita falls, tx 76306.. She look like red hair is rude. She said hurry up to me and she look me dawn ass. I talk about pack of cigarettes what kind it is.. My age is 33 year old. She said show ID or tell your birthday is.. I give her my ID, she said my ID is exp. 2015.. I can't get them.. Im not go there anymore.. She need stop rude person to everyone.. I know someone not go there cuz she is rude, she work night time hour.. Ps. Bathroom not clean up all..

Saturday night (technically sunday morning) 2:15 am, which is right after bars let out and one of the busier times this late at night, the employee has the store locked up with a note taped to the door stating theyre on a restroom break and will be back in 10 mins. Well 30 mins later and still not back.

How does a 711 not have slurpees! Big sad 😢

5:40 in the morning and the store is closed. Really?
