La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pasadena North

Had the best experience at this hotel. The staff was AMAZING. Everything fresh and clean. Slept great on a comfortable bed! I am a happy customer and will be back!

1. The room was not quite ready, it came with missing hair dryer, wrong number of towels, and missing iron. The front desk was able to immediately make up for it though.
2. The telephone was broken, you can only hear the sound and not able to talk to the front desk.
3. One lady’s service was considerably not quite satisfactory. She lacked friendly communication and immediate response.

Overall, this is a hotel with great location and access to highway. Although there are some areas for improvement, the staff demonstrated high quality service and responsible actions towards their customers which is quite nice and we appreciate their assistance.

I was staying at this hotel for business with a company that is doing work nearby. It is honestly not far from Beltway 8 or I-10, which can get you to wherever you need to go!
The rooms are fine for long term for sure. I only had two instances where they had to move me rooms, but they were super accommodating and moved me IMMEDIATELY! They even allowed me to swap out the fridge and microwave in the old room to the new room since the one in the old room had a bigger freezer.
Overall, a solid 9.5/10!

Traveling to Houston for the weekend. Hotel was very close to downtown and to Galveston Beach as well. I would highly recommend this location to stay in the Houston area

Every time we need a place to stay in south Houston, this location never fails! Rooms are always cold, clean, and so comfortable! My husband and I usually like to get away for a small home away from home trip! And this hotel does exactly that for us! Manager, jessica, always goes above and beyond for her guests! Can’t wait to go back!

The room was nice - very clean. My only complaint was that the fridge didn’t work so our food wasn’t cold. Other than that, it was a great stay. The bed was so nice and firm and the sheets smelled really clean. The coffee from the lobby was good too. Right now they don’t have a full breakfast menu, but they had some tasty pancake and sausage corn dogs. I would stay here again.

Our room was fantastic. When we first walked in it immediately smelt amazing. Loved the bathroom! Kudos to the person who took care of our room before our stay. Our room was so clean!

The manager Jessica is the bomb.com!! I've been looking online for a nice place to stay with a decent price and no luck, even with all these hotel booking pages. Almost wanted to give up and settle. I called La Quinta and spoke with Jessica the manager I believe. Anyways we are all booked and excited for our mini vacay, and from a wife and mothers point of view I cant Express enough how thankful I am or her! Fantastic customer service skills!!!

I had stayed a few weeks ago and there was a pregnant young lady who was just so helpful I had the most stressful day and she made things so much better with her explaining the restaurants around the hotel with me calling and bugging every 10 mins about certain things and the breakfast was great and my room smelled like home , which made my stay even better I would most definitely come back ! Awesome job guys!

Hotel is located not in the greatest looking places.. however, the hotel was absolutely amazing in the inside. I had gotten a 1 king bed room, and it was great! Very clean, bathroom is nice and spacious, and the room too! Great service, late check out time. Extremely quiet. Complimentary breakfast! For sure recommend any one that is in the southern part of Houston / Pasadena area to stay.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay, really quiet, peaceful the front desk employer was really friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, for me, I forgot her name but for sure one of the BEST attitude & assistance she provided for us !! Rooms are nice, clean & the pool was great.

We came over Christmas and stayed for couple of days. It's right off the hwy. There is plenty of parking. The staff is nice. Joaquin helped us find an open restaurant on Christmas Eve. The rooms are decent. There is a closet and chest of drawers. There is breakfast in the morning. It's sparse over Christmas Day with a skeleton crew but on a normal day they have eggs, bread, waffles and tea n coffee. They also have self service laundry which is $8 per load.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. However, the hot tub was scalding. I have a hot tub at home so I know what I'm talking about. I couldn't even keep my foot in there for more than a few seconds. I went to the front desk and complained. A woman said the pool guy had been there the day before and didn't say anything. They said there was nothing they could do. We had 6 adults and 3 children that flew to Houston from Baltimore for a long awaited visit with a relative. We spent the day at the pool. We chose a hotel with pool and hot tub for a reason. It was dissapointing.

Amazing hotel, very clean. Great staff. Room was great, very comfortable. Only thing was, there was a family reunion going on and the whole family was in the pool, so we never got to swim. Witch its noones fault. Only downfall. Everything else was fantastic!

Sorry for the other people who have complained but I think the service is the best and the hospitality was awesome
The management and housekeeping was very good. Very clean and very hospitable. The breakfast was always on time. If anyone had some kind of problem just reported it and response was very fast.The best I have ever been in .

Must give a shout out to Erica, thank you for letting us stay over. Stacy who works nite shift! Made our stay most enjoyable. Thanks again ladies and you too Mimi general mgr. Housekeeping was most helpful also. Breakfast is nice to have. Lobby is clean as well as the dining area. Be nice if pool is open later but...

Stayed for a night, room was clean, staff was very kind and helpful.

I Left my smart watch in the bed they called me before I was too far to let me know I forgot it!! So thankful they found it and called me!! God bless the staff for being so kind!! 🙌

My stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always kept very clean and neat. The breakfast is always delicious and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Houston or Pasadena Texas.

This hotel is wonderful. Housekeeping is great, also breakfast is delicious hosted by Sharon. Night time Audit is very courteous. Morning girl Erica is the bomb. Shes awsome. Best Hotel. Will recommend to outside guests.
