After seeing what looked like bug poop on our kitchen window sill, I called Bed Bug Texas Pest Control. I spoke with Bill and he came out that afternoon. He examined the house inside and out, plus the attic. It was carpenter ants and possibly termites had been in our master bath. He explained all our options and prices. No pressure. Just facts and several different treatment plans. Very fair prices. He was very informative. I signed a contract with his company and look forward to being bug free. I made contact with Bill on Saturday he come out the next morning right on time to take care of the Possum issue that I was having. He set out a trap for him.. Great customer service,,great communication all the way through. I would definitely use his services again.

They did a great job communicating what the problem is, and explaining how their solution will fix our current issues and prevent them from happening again. My landlord hired him for bat removal and they experience was so good I asked about pest control inside my home. When he came by for inside I wasn't ready and he didn't make me feel rushed or annoyed with my not having my cabinets empty he just moved to other parts of the house and for me that was huge. With a toddler home and 3 mods going to school at different times grace is so nice. Strongly recommend.

I have used Bill for numerous house needs , but let me tell yall…I don’t know why he didn’t start this company sooner! His prices are so reasonable, especially compared to other companies, and he goes above and beyond to spray every nook and cranny so those pesty bugs can’t have ANY hiding places. He has done his research and has exceptional knowledge on bugs and what attracts them vs unattractive them, and overall, I recommend him time and time again to everyone!

Bill and Chris came out to my home just a day after the initial inspection. They did a great job and made sure I didn't need anything else before they left. Very laid back people to work with. Also one thing that caught my attention and made me want to call them was the owner doesn't just reply to reviews with the same automatic response. He is very personable.

I highly recommend Bed Bug Texas to anyone. Called and spoke with Bill, the owner on Saturday and he came out to my home that following Monday and did a thorough inspection and gave me the options of treating my situation. He was quick in answering any questions I had along with going over the process. I decided to go with full service and scheduled for that upcoming Saturday. On the day of service Bill and his technician Ryan showed up 30 mins early , I let Bill know what I had done upon his arrival as far as the prepping for the heat treatment and ask him if he would walk through again and double check to make sure I removed what was needed. Bill and his technician began the treatment and through the process he was very efficient. Call them and you will get top notch service!

Bill and crew have done an excellent job for us from eradicating possums in our attic to regular quarterly service. We have a large home, shop and guest house. Their service is impeccable and they are very respectful.
