My safe handle broke and they easily fixed it quickly and for a great price. There was another problem with the safe that may have contributed to the handle breaking and they were able to fix that in one day and it was very affordable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of locksmith services and use them again if the need arises.

The help I received was outstanding. They were able to make me a key for my RV from a broke into pieces key that was missing a part of it that had a cut on it that we needed to make the key work but they figured it out and made it work!!! Outstanding work great job!!!

I was blown away by the fast, friendly service that I got at 7:30 in the morning. I had been trying to get a padlock with four matching keys from two different big box stores to no avail. I came to Red’s and they took care of me and got me back on the road to work in less than 10 minutes, I could not be happier.

Has such a variety of items, especially the nuts, bolts and fasteners..endless..they also have things that the big stores don’t have.

This was my first visit to the store and I am very impressed. 3 employees asked if I needed any help. 3!!! When going to Lowes or Home Depot I have to track down an employee for help and most of the time I never find one. I am remodeling my house and if I need any tools or paint I will now take my business here. I have never felt so welcome in a store. Y'all are doing an amazing job!!! Keep it up and thank you for being so kind!!!!

Went there today to get some keys made for my lock box on my work truck, had to go there because Lowe's or anywhere else couldn't make them, David the locksmith was very informative and made sure I had no issues with the keys they made. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience at Red's True Value Store. I was greeted immediately and asked if they could help me. The staff was very friendly courteous and polite I found what I was looking for. .I have shopped at this store before and had a great experience with all their workers. I will shop here again.

As the owner of several rental properties I have been shopping there since 1991. There was a cashier who could be quite rude but I chose to overlook it and she eventually retired. And although the prices are higher than at Home Depot, at least there is a salesperson to help find items needed.

Everyone is so helpful there. I didn't ask for help, but getting ready and this man asked if I needed help. Got me the correct buld and it works perfectly. Thank you for always having staff so courteous.
