I never thought that I would say this about a car dealership, but I had a surprisingly easy, comfortable and convenient experience! None of the usual negatives like harassment and extensive pressure. It was very refreshing, and my sales lady Becky Tarver was the cherry on top! She was well equipped with an extensive amount of knowledge on the f-150’s and was able to answer every question I threw at her, Such a pleasure to work with! Recently, Tipton Ford helped this stranded traveler (me) when I was passing thru Nacogdoches from Arkansas. Very professional and courteous. I had to have major warranty work performed. They assessed the problem and gave me a time to come back for the work. Parts had to be ordered to make the repair. Took my vehicle back on the scheduled date. They got me right in and made the repair. I was concerned about rattling once completed. The issues were repaired and all is silent. Happy camper here.

8am service appointment, arrived a few minutes early and was out by 9am. Nice customer area, with drinks and snacks. I've used Tipton Ford for service on my 2019 F150 since purchased. I would highly recommend them.

The easiest purchase I’ve ever made. Alex contacted me immediately with information I requested. A 23’ King Ranch Superduty became available after the original customer refused it. I told Alex I wanted it. They delivered it the next day. They had my credit card for the deposit but didn’t process it. It was an old fashioned handshake deal. I handed the delivery guy the check when he showed up. Well run organization. Very rare.

I made an appointment ahead of time and the service department finished the work in a reasonable amount of time without making me wait in line. The rep who handled my case was cordial and knowledgable. She also provided me with an estimate of other items that could be done plus she found a recall on my vehicle which was also taken care of at no expense to me even though the vehicle was not bought at Tipton ford and had over 100,000 miles.

I purchased my F150 a year ago from Nick. The experience with him was great! I just got the truck back today after some repairs I needed done and some recalls. Garrett in service did a great job of communicating and delivering on my needs/wants. Pam handled the repair side with excellence. They did text book documentation. I got all the copies I needed. Would recommend them to anyone. As an employee of a local dealership myself, I see all aspects of the flow of work and information internally and externally. Customers tend to send more negative responses than positive. I am here to deposit my positive experience of Tipton Ford and its team you guys are great!!

The customer service is great. They are friendly and professional. I live over 20 miles away but I make the drive there to get my oil changed. They always wash my car after the oil change and they really give it a good cleaning.

Everyone is so polite. My sales person was Alfredo Torres. He is bilingual and can help new buyers that do not speak English. I was impressed with his customer service skills, really went above and beyond for us.

I wanted a Regular Cab, Short-Bed, V8-powered F-150. I had to drive 200 miles to Tipton to get it, but am very pleased. Becky Tarver, my sales rep, was excellently professional, programming the technology and instructing me as she went. She is readily available after the sale to answer those "suddenly I need help" type questions. She's always pleasant. Most of the sale was completed online, and I merely had to sign a couple of documents and go.
