We had my 6 year old grandsons birthday party there. The manager was really accommodating to our needs. Very affordable for a group of 17 people and the staff was very friendly.

Clean, super nice employees. Kids loved the pizza too

Had a good time with my family and loved that I didn't have to request any standard pizzas because the employees continued to replace those as soon as they were out.

My favorite dessert is the Bavarian Creame and when the owner was replaced, I am sure glad they brought this dessert back!

My family and are so happy with the new management of this location. The manager himself makes sure that your food is the way you expect it to be, he carries great conversation and genuinely cares for his customers. The food is also 100% better since the new owners took over! It brings back memories from my childhood going to Cici's after church with the family and playing with my siblings. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Great job guys!

Everything is good when the shorter manager with glasses is there. Really good management

theres this new girl i seen working the cashier. shes the best employee in the entire buffet. great customer service and while i was eating i saw her not just standing there. she stays cleaning around her wherever she can. i hope theyre paying her good .

Best Cici's I have been to. Very friendly staff, always asking if you want something different and is it ok. Also very well stocked and hot. Very clean.

Got Senior citizen discount today. They didn't give it last time my husband and I ate there couple weeks ago. They do have great pizza, soup and salad bar. Game room for kids to play. Clean environment and great crew.

My nephew was in awe of this place. He said "I'm going to give this place FIVE STARS on Yelp!" Well, I don't do Yelp and he's 8 so, I figured I would help him out. In a adults perspective: The place was really clean, the employees were using gloves, and they put out whatever pizza we wanted. It was just us and two other people there so - you could tell they didn't want to put too much out only to throw away later. I respected this!

The salad was yummo and the pizzas were fresh!

My kids and I love pizza, we enjoy coming to this location. If the pizza we want is not on the buffet stand, we ask one of their employees to make our desired flavor and they bring it right to our table!! I often place to go order over the phone and Ricky is always very helpful!

Staff was friendly, they kept the bar stocked with fresh pizza. The salad bar was nice, orderly and stocked. Dining area was clean.

They have a new owner. So much better than it was. Bright lights and brilliant colors that accentuate the cleanliness and happy atmosphere. The pizza tastes fresher and just better than it was under the previous owner.

I love that it is self service again!!! The pizzas were hot and fresh, lots of choices even close to closing time. We even requested a dessert pizza close to close with no hesitation it was made for my pregnant daughter. The staff is friendly and the place was very clean!!!

Just went to Cici Pizza in Nacogdoches. Want give them a Big Shoutout. They had one bus when we got there and lots of pizza for everyone. In a little bit two more buses arrived and still pizza for everyone. The team we watched were amazing making sure everyone had pizza, drinks and dessert.

Came for dinner this evening and had a great time! Food was perfect, staff was very friendly as was the owner. Had a great selection on pizzas and they were all hot and fresh. Will be back for sure.

I was there last night and it was awesome, try the new deep dish jalapeno, is great, unfortunately there was a couple dining with their kids acting out, the lady was stealing food and got mad because the manager ask her to pay, please people if you don't have money, don't go and make a scene, we want to enjoy our food without drama. As per everything else it was great!!!!

Nacogdoches Texas has a decent little pizza place. They have a small selection of pizza, soup, pasta, and salad. But I would recommend coming when 1st opens about 11am to 1230, again between 4pm and 6 pm. Times I. Between, the selections are not as good and not as fresh. I felt like I was eating stiff board it had been sitting under the warming light do long. The noodles were mushy as well.
So again catch then when it is fresh. They will make you a fresh pizza on request. The problem being, we usually go because we have a short time for lunch.
This is true of any buffet line any where you go.
I did enjoy my food today.
One thing Cicus excelled at, always greets you, kind and greets you as you leave.
