Kroger

Great prices, limited parking, bathroom needs updating. I wish I didn't have to scan coupons for the sale.

Being from out of town, Denton TX area, seeing a Kroger was a huge Plus to my work/vacation. 🤩

Lots of good stuff and staff friendly. Plenty of parking.

This is my "local" Kroger store. I shop here, weekly. The store is clean and brightly lit, as are the stocked restrooms. There are always high-quality products for sale, in a wide range of prices. The large, clean, free parking lot is well-lit. Today, my husband, our grandson Zander and I bought Nolan Ryan chuck roast for $3.49/pound, chicken drumsticks for $.99/pound and seedless grapes for $.99/pound. The store normally offers great deals, like these!

A young lady named Ms. Jeannie helped me and my wife out tremendously at the self checkout this evening. She was really friendly and made sure we were able to evenly split my payment. She even went out of her way to make sure I remembered to put in my shopper's card for my discounts. Above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you so much Ma'me.

As someone new to the area and to Kroger as a whole, I love the selection offered here. They also have great deals going on for various items.
Also, this morning, the associate working the self-checkout near the pharmacy side was so friendly and helpful, and really made my experience surprisingly enjoyable. Huge props to her for being an amazing employee!

I've been shopping the same since the year of 1972

Always clean and has most of everything I need. I love the low prices and digital coupons discounts! Plus, there's usually little to no wait in the checkout line.
Most of the time I get friendly service as well, but it kinda depends on weather I go during the week or weekends. Usually it's better during the week.

I like shopping here! We find lots of good deals and the produce and meat are great. The store is clean and very well kept up. If they run out of something, we always get a rain check. The shopping traffic is not hectic like most stores.

I like the selection, they have items that Wally World does not carry. The store is not crowded usually, busy 5pm to 7pm. The only negative is they don't have a few products that Walmart has, Motts for Tots Fruit punch, my kids loves it but they don't carry the fruit punch flavor, and McCormick avocado mix, only HEB carries it...why? The soda deals and selection are great. The decor and atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, not bland cinder block walls with blasting loud speakers like wally world. Parking is good, especially at University. Small town grocery store feel with good prices and selection. The produce is always better too. The self checkouts can be aggravating until you learn how they work, no hand held scanner for large items though, that's a bummer.

I want to do a specific shout out for the 2019 Valentine's tent. My boyfriend and I stopped in, and I thought the selection was nice. I am pretty decisive so I didn't make him guess, he was honestly overwhelmed by the selection, I picked out my own bouquet which I liked, and then a pretty daisy bouquet for a friend we were taking out later that night. It was under $50, but then again I chose bouquets w/o any vase or anything like that, I had mine plus a cheap spare. but the price selection was nice, there was something for everyone and every budget!

Great store, easy to deal with, genuinely friendly. Great deli, great sushi, great bakery, great produce, great meat department. With the Kroger Plus card you get coupons every month. Not cheesy .25 off coupons, free stuff, dollar off, two for one, etc. On stuff that I buy regularly, anyway. Not to mention .10 off per gallon of gas for every $100 spent.

I inquired about fresh catfish. The gentleman working the counter was extremely professional, knowledgeable, & polite. The other young man that cashed me out was also.

Employees like these make the 40 minute drive from the outskirts of Rusk, well worth the trip.

Favorite store in town to shop at. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. At this point they know my kids by name and they always give them hugs or high fives when we leave out. Even though they've changed up the location of items, it's still easy to shop and get in and out.

Love this store! Great fresh produce, lots of organics! Plus, Michelle at self checkout, found the cash I’d left at register and turned it in for me! Kudos to Michelle for her honesty! Blessings to you!

I love that Kroger has all kinds of Organic stuff unlike Wal-Mart,
There stuff is no good.
It's not fresh at all.
Overall It's a great store,
Would recommend to anyone.

Better selection than the Kroger on University, but it's usually insanely busy. The atmosphere is almost hectic. I feel like I'm always right about to be run over. Sometimes I can barely find a parking space. I suppose too much business can't be a bad sign though.

Self checkout is usually pretty quick if you've only got a few things.

Kroger has everything and at a decent price, too. Usually busy but you can find staff to help in the aisles and check out fairly fast. Nice meat and bakery departments. Good coupon specials. (I only wish they weren't almost always out of Splenda Red Diamond tea, which they don't keep stocked despite a few letters to the manager requesting such.)

This store has awesome customer service. Jennifer at the customer service desk has outstanding customer service skills. She is so friendly and so smart at doing things at the customer service desk. Roland, Lynn and Keyshawn go out of their way to be of service. Thanks Kroger!!! Great employees!!!

Absolutely awesome in terms of food options, taste, and price. It's not a superstore it's just a food market however if you're looking for food it's about three times better that Walmart. We haven't gone shopping primarily for food at Walmart since we went to Kroger. Nobody can beat their prices and the people they're seem like they know what they're doing. It's a great place and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone around here
