Rachel was one of the friendliest people ever, she understood what I was looking for and when I saw a picture of what was delivered I was pleasantly surprised. I got so much more than I expected, she went above and beyond and the delivery time was specific and she was spot on with that also. I will never use the big 800 delivery service again for my floral needs in the Mason WV area.

I live out of town and wanted something specific in less than 24 hours. She reached out to her supplier and called me back informing me she was able to get it. She could have simply told me she didn't have it. Fantastic service.

If I could leave zero stars I would but it isn't a possibility. I wanted them to deliver my niece flowers to New Haven because I live and work out of town and the rude guy had the nerve to tell me no because they already made a delivery there today and they didn't have time for me for one delivery. Im sorry my love is such an inconvenience and I work full time and it's the only time I've had to call today, such a piece of work guy, shouldn't work customer service, speaking from experience being the general manager of a retail store. It's Valentine's Day! He didn't care when I told him I'd take my business elsewhere.
