Vincent & Associates: Allstate Insurance

Recently the roof of my home in Little Elm was damaged by hail. I filed a claim the next afternoon. The insurance appraiser was there a week later and quickly made a thorough assessment. Within a couple days, it was approved and I was sent a check. They are working with my Roofing company and staying in touch. The work is scheduled in less than a week. It has all gone smoothly so far.

Eric Barry has been patiently quoting policies for me over a 2 year period. Despite me not switching to Allstate right away, Eric continued to be patient and informative with gathering quotes. For 2024, I am happy to report we switched to Allstate with Eric's help. The service has been great and I reccommend this agency.

I didn't buy my policy from your agency but I am writing this review to say many thanks to Eric Barry, who taking the time to help me without pushing me to buy their services. I was skeptical at the beginning and almost didn't call. The bottom-line is that Eric Barry saved me about $700 a year on my home and auto bundle. Not too cynical, yet, but I wasn't expecting to have the experience I had; honest customer service and saved a lot of money. I was shocked! Call him so you can be shocked, too.

Definitely recommend Jonathan. He helped me out getting better coverage and adding my renters insurance and still got me a cheaper rate than I had with my previous insurance. He was very helpful and made sure I knew what I was getting and that it was what I needed.

We've made 2 major claims against Allstate. One for a wreck and one for hale damage where both vehicles (Both 2017 models) were totaled. Allstate supplied rentals in both occasions and acted fast in taking care of our needs. The best part, our rates did not go up.
