OK place to live, nothing special. Building is old and runned down, but no bugs. Landlord is alright, but not very understanding. My bedroom had a hole in the carpet when we moved in and it was never replaced, even after letting them know. The A/C broke down about 4 times the whole time I lived there, but it was USUALLY fixed the next day. My front door neighbor was a drug addict and once offered my friends drugs and walked outside nude, which was super traumatizing. He ended up being kicked out, but the whole experience was stressful. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap and OK place to live, this is perfect!

Oh, I forgot to mention that my packages were stolen once.
