Bldg 4 Gym

Building 4 gym is amazing and outstanding!! Great indoor track. Good equipment use and more space to workout.

Great place to workout, has a variety of different equipment to use. Only complaint I have is that the Rock wall has been closed for months and I have no idea if it'll reopen!

Unfortunately climbing wall doesn't work. But fitness is awesome!

Usually go to BLDG 2A but if want to mix up my nmn workout routine and do deadlifts, snatches, pull ups, run, rows, and push/pull sleds then this is where I go. I love the TRX set up and well maintained equipment.

Good place to go when you need to go during fireworks.

This is where you can get into shape.

The 2nd best gym on base next to 2A building gym. Rather an extended multiplex gym. But with the current operating hours, it's too micro managed by the staff. There's wait times per work out area followed by time limits due to this being the only preferred gym to go to after 1300(1p.m) as it get crowded especially after 1600(4.pm). And then there's the social distancing thing. Another nice gym but boy, MWR needs to rethink their business hours and operations.

Good workout pavillion. Gets hot and humid in summer months tho
