I am currently a renter, and would NOT recommend anyone rent de this company! The BBB, Outagamie County Housing Authority, Fox Valley Apartment Association, and many others will be notified of your unethical (possibly illegal) actions. I don’t know if there is anything you can do to “makeup” for your irrational actions, but I would start trying if I was Premier Real Estate. You have affected many tenants financially, including their work hours, with your decisions.

**UPDATE: I went to the Better Business Bureau’s website to file a complaint, to find that “Premier Real Estate” (the Property Management Company for Moon Shadow Estates) is NOT an accredited business and has a “B-“ rating with the BBB; 19 complaints have been filed in the last 3 years, 9 of which have occurred in the last year. This complex was not this bad when I came here 4 years, but has obviously deteriorated to such! If you read the complaints, you will find an underlining theme: Premier Real Estate doesn't care about YOU; all they care about is your rent/money!

Until further notice, I would advocate renting elsewhere….and do your research!
