Went there to do passport applications with my 3 teens and fiancé. The post master took the time to answer all our questions, made the kids feel super comfy when they did their photos, and was soooo patient when I messed up the application....twice. They were so sweet and pleasant and we left all saying how nice and helpful and patient they were with us and feeling happy. I wish everyone treated their customers with this kind of care! Thank you ladies!

1 star you ask….. yes only 1 star. The postal worker is so lazy and refuses to close the mail box lid for my work mail box, and every time it rains all the mail gets wet and sometimes ruined. Also if we get any large package they are to lazy to put a slip in the box and they will return it to sender….. yes this has happened several times.

I miss the day when all post office ran like a well oil machine and the post office workers took pride in there job and went the extra mile. Not this Post Office, and we have complained several times to the postmaster and we get the same service or lack of service every time.

We feel the postal worker has a issue or problem with our company and purposely leaves our lid open and returns our packages.

Sent two of my packages back to the sender in the same week. One of the packages were car parts that I couldn’t use a P.O. Box for for some reason. They told us to call in advance after they sent the first package back so we let them know then that another one was coming. Didn’t matter, they still sent it back. They’re all liars, petty, rude people. They have no respect for the needs of other people. They’re lazy, selfish, and they all deserve to be fired. Wish I could opt out of the taxes that help pay their pay checks. Now I can’t fix my car this week, have to struggle to find rides, and no refund on the shipping costs that they STOLE from me. So to top it all off, they’re a bunch of thieves too. I will be document future occurrences so I can seek legal advice in the future. I was always under the impression that it was a federal crime to tamper with peoples mail. Especially when you promised them in advance that you would hold it.

Edit: one year later and this is still a consistent issue. USPS lists on their site that they can deliver directly to any address in the US. I pay my taxes, I deserve to have a postal service that works for me. Hire a damn driver and set up a delivery route. Lazy

This branch of the postal service is a joke. Unless your package specifically has your box number on it, they will not hold the package or look up the address to see where it should go. They simply mark as undeliverable and send it back! Obviously, this causes many problems when a person purchases items from various online vendors. When I asked the branch about this, I was told that it is regional policy. If any "powers that be" are reading this, it is a HORRIBLE policy!

I am forced to use a different branch of the postal service for my packages because they are unable to deliver them. It's ironically sad.
