Pizza was great. But 5 stars are for excellent customer service. Online order was wrong. When we called to complain the woman who answered the phone owned the error. She did not blame others or the computer or anything else. The remade pizza was excellent. In a age of blaming others good customer service is rare. The Mason, WV team was very refreshing to experience. We are not from Mason, WV and I was unfamiliar with Gino's. We will look for it again up in Columbus, OH because the pizza was great but the customer service was even better.

The lady who took my order over the phone was so nice and understanding after I lost cell phone service. I didn’t catch her name but she did a fabulous job. The food was great and I would eat here again.

This was my first time at this location I'm visiting from NC I had their Gluten free pizza and I have to say it was one of the best I have had! The workers were super nice too!

This is the best pizza I've ever ate and not to mention the pubwiches wow its definitely a five star addition to the town of Mason the staff are nice as well as the customers I love it

Best pizza and spaghetti or lasuna around. Best night to eat at any Gino's is Tuesday. That's their SPECIAL night two for Tuesday
