Walmart Pharmacy

I just wanted to acknowledge someone that went above and beyond today at the pharmacy. Kisha waited on me and asked if I wanted a certain coupon. It wasn't real easy it took alittle bit of time and I feel like she needs recognized for asking me if I wanted one and going through all the steps to get it. She even had a smile on her face the whole time. Everyone at pharmacy is always nice, but Kisha went above and beyond. Good employee, keep her!!!

Terrible service they ordered the med and then it didn't get filled and I had to send it elsewhere

If I could leave 0 stars... they'd have it. Why anyone uses this pharmacy is beyond me. The staff is absolutely rude and not helpful. You tell them something is urgent as a child is screaming in pain and they tell you oh 10 more minutes. Every 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

Was told yesterday that MY insurance server was down. Called my insurance (PEIA) AT 534PM they informed me their servers had been up since 330pm that day AND they had ran my medication through. She told me it should be ready. I went in the following day to pick it up AFTER 1pm. Still wasnt ready. They tried to tell me again our servers were down. Then im off the side waiting 10more mins for my meds, my husband had to be at work and called. He tried to tell me i couldnt b on my phone it was a violation of HIPPA law. Been on my phone 100s of times and no one has ever said a word and it is NOT a violation. I know HIPPA thoroughly. He was extrem5rude and they just lost ALOT of business. I will go across the river to get my meds from now on. Dont lie to your customers and then treat them like crap when you are proved wrong.
