Sandra the manager is very attentive, reasonable and prompt andThe staff is super friendly. The front desk it's self is located in Mamacitas which is the bar and grill located directly Infront of the motel (the restaurant it's self serves an amazing variety of dishes as well as drinks). The quality and cleanliness of the rooms are more than you would expect considering the reasonably low price you pay. The rooms are spacious and include updated flat screen TV's with a variety of channels, a mini fridge, microwave, heater/ air conditioner, in most cases a couch depending on the size of the room you paid for. The property itself is quiet and reserved, a perfect little get away far from the hustle and bustle of city life. I highly recommend this motel if you're looking for something affordable, simple and peaceful.

Great staff, good size rooms with fridge and microwave. If you have pets it's a $50 deposit, not too bad considering they want to be sure you keep everything clean and nothing gets scratched or broken. Once you are ready to check out you get your deposit back. Mamacita's Restaurant is awesome!!! The food is delicious. The Mamacita's Nachos are loaded with goodness. The staff is friendly and professional. The managers are easy to speak with. I absolutely recommend the Cotton Valley Motel to anyone needing to stay on your way somewhere.

Small comfy place. Great place to stay for overnight. No coffee maker or special amenities. Tv with some good channels. Clean, no roaches and staff was nice. No issues, we are a family of 6 and would stay again. The restaurant is within walking distance and food is great.

The main office is inside Mamacitas restuarant that they also run. They were EXETREMELY friendly and awesome people! Great priced rooms and awesome food! No complaints at all. 🙂

There under new management. There are no roaches. Flys yes but they spray your room. They have OVER 1000 channels. On the end of the building there’s a sign says after hours go to restaurant. Should say all day .cause that’s where the office is. Resturaunt has good food good prices. Bar. No phone. Refrigerator an microwave in room . Truck stop next store another restaurant across the street.

The room is very clean for the price, located behind the restaurant so there is food.

I put 5 star review due to certain things. The place is cheap so don’t expect like 5 stars hotel. The staff was nice and they help me for my refund due to when I got there I didn’t like the place and some photos are not what they advertised. The place can improve. So if you want to go cheap and save money go for it but if you want just some fancy but pay less... I suggest you try another place.

65 dollars for a clean, spacious room, 2 queen beds, there are multiple resturants you can walk to, although the gas station is the only place to get necessities, you also only get one bar of soap for the sink and a same exact one in the shower, has a tub, but no plug to take a bath, the office is also in the resturant, which is less than desirable, but for the price this is great

Clean and comfy. Dont expect too much luxury. Only a few cable channels on tv and no coffee maker. No Wi-Fi eeither but for the price its super clean, safe and quiet.
