Great rehab friendly clients and workers. Katty is like the mom who takes care of anything you need like appointments to doctors, getting prescriptions filled and she will listen to you and help if she can. She's super sweet and hard worker if it wasn't for her I would of left and I wouldn't of completed my rehab stay. Thank you miss Katty I'll never forget your kindness and love you showed all of us.

I went here for about 5 months. This place is a blessing the women aide really helped. My life is what it is today because of valley and the people that work here. Thank u to all the staff. If u don't think u can get clean and stay clean neither did I but here I am wit almost a year

They did a good job. They did everything possible to help me with my withdrawal.Counslers were awesome people who could relate to exactly what people are going through because they have been through it themselves. I wish I hadn't waited this long to feel this good 👍

They have a ridiculous turnover rate for doctors and therapists. Get used to one and you can bet they'll be leaving and your next appointment will be with the new guy. On the positive side, they offer their own type of "insurance", Valley Care. If you don't have insurance, or even if you do, but meet income criteria, you will qualify to be seen at very little to no cost to you.

The facility itself is super clean, with nice furniture. The program is also great, and perhaps the most enticing part is you get a smoke break every hour or two. Why two stars? I've never seen a worse staff in entire life. Friendly doesn't necessarily mean competent. I do not recommend.

Was a patient there for about 4 months, I kicked out for flipping a table. My name is Greg. I feel I have been wrongfully thrown out. I have mental issues and feel discrimination against me

Would give this place 0 stars if I could!! Supposed to help people with a drug problem well what if that person has other issue’s depression or anger or anxiety trauma issues etc?!?!? If that’s the case they careless!! Seems to me they have no care for anyone that they feel is going to be any work to help!!! They don’t care!!

The Valley Health Care has been moved to 111 Elkins Street Fairmont. It's currently the Disability Action Center since this December of 2021. Because of the flooding.

If your thinking about trusting this place to take care of you or a family member DONT, I have never seen staff who care less about patients!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. Ugh I want to scream. They don't care about there patients here. I'm finding another physiatrist asap. I'm so fed up
