Salem was a very nice and professional person special attention to detail and very child friendly and the place is very clean with full length mirrors in front of the chairs i am a single dad and it was our first time visiting the shop she paid special attention to how comfortable my daughter was and how satisfied she was with her hair my daughter was very happy and i was extremely satisfied!

I like my braids but a professional shop should have at least #1 thru #4 hair. I had to go get my own and she still didn't want to discount it.

Hello, I asked for Jada Wada braids and she said “ they’re knotless braids”.. when she got on one of the braids which was the first braid she said my hair was too thick and that she had to do more than three, she did four braids and said she had to put about six, at the end she gave me 10 braids and didn’t let me know.. she even up the price.. at the beginning I wanted three braids which was going to be 40 dollars at the end the price was 80 dollars.. there was also another girl who came in complaining about losing hair due to her cutting loose hair all the way up the braid(cutting their actual hair).. I also was disappointed about my hair because it looked as if I had it done for a month. At least lower the price if it’s something your costumer don’t want.
